Mars - Pluto Hard aspects in synastry

everything I've read on this aspect is terrifying to say the least. It seems to be agreed upon by many that it is one of the most dangerous aspects to share in synastry. I've recently found this to hold some weight between myself and my best friend. We have a lot of really great connections in other places, but I feel that this aspect is finally coming to light.  I'm the Mars at 27 degrees Taurus, 6th house, close to my descendant at 1 degree Gemini. My Mars quincunxes Uranus in the first and aside from that is unaspected.  Her Pluto is 27 degrees Scorpio, in the third house, conjunct her 28 degree IC, sextile her cap Uranus.  I'm currently mobile so will post our synastry later if anyone is interested, but basically my Mars exactly opposes her Pluto and trines her Uranus, conjunct her mid heaven from the 9th. Her Pluto almost conjuncts my ascendant, which falls exactly on her Jupiter/Pluto midpoint.  Her Jupiter is 5 degrees sag.  I've spent over a year now falling for this girl, but didn't say anything until the more recent months. In the last week, it's finally becoming something neither of us can ignore. Wishful thinking aside, it honestly seems like she has some intense feelings for me that she doesn't know how to accept. I'd love some help understanding what all of these connections in our Natals indicate, as I suspect this could contribute to our issues. But I'd love to hear any stories about being either of these in synastry, and how bad they actually were

that early taurus venus and mars is catnip to my pluto in opposition. it falls in my 7th house too, just to make matters worse. very intense, lustful aspect in synastry... ridiculously so. but i dont know about the longevity. it never seems to be able to get off the ground in my case. just gets me sexually frustrated, basically.

i dont think any 1 aspect can make or break, but this is one of those that goes either way. i think pluto goes extra crazy in opposition, extra paranoid too. cos i had people's venus and mars conjunct my pluto and i felt nothing. but the opposition and trine and sextile i did. huh

My Pluto is seldom a big player in synastry for some reason, 9 degrees Scorpio on the 12th house cusp (depending on house system). I feel it manifests as the intensity I hide from others, but it's rarely provoked. So I find it hard to imagine what it feels like to have someone's Mars oppose it, especially being the Mars more often than not.

The sexual tension/frustration I feel is the only up front trait I've noticed, but is only felt on my part, or at least I admit it. its almost like she feels it too, but being Pluto, feels the need to exercise control over the situation, knowing that giving in would change everything and undo all of her secrets. This is all speculation on my own (probably very biased) part. She gets jealous a lot more than I do, and is way more obvious about it than I am, but will always find another reason why she seems bothered when I give her a reason to be. Very hard to explain, but I sense it and find it hard to accept what comes out of her mouth as the truth when her actions contradict everything she said. I am at odds with what to do, considering how wrong I can possibly be, and how easy it is to deny something so intangible.

if pluto isnt a big player in her chart, she might not.. what houses rules? what aspects? does she have other scorpio planets?

pluto is a sensitive point in mine, and in my 1st house so aspecting my 7th house of relationships by opposition already. maybe thats why it becomes a little more personalized.

her Pluto rules her third and fourth houses, opposite her midheaven. It doesn't look especially dominant to me (who is far from expert at this), but pullen delineation seems to think so
