I thing generally an aspect that is highly sexual will lean towards sleazy in a sense. I think especially guys might lose a bit of smoothness in the efforts to get sex. And women once they sleep around a bit start to gain a certain groundedness. Sex itself in a lot of cases is a bit sleazy.

I have Pluto at 3 degree and Mars at 8 degrees 12th H Virgo. As mentioned on the ‘Aspects You Wish You Didn’t Have’ forum topic recently, I also have Lilith and Nessus conjunct Algol in Taurus, and Saturn at 1 Cap. 11th H Sun, Uranus and Mercury are conjunct in Leo. Neptune and Jupiter in 3rd H Scorpio. So, a handful.
Some observations derived from living 60 years with these aspects:
1. A difficult nativity may indicate abuse in early life. In my family, there appears to be a very strong indication of heritable Cluster B personality disorders (psychopathy, bi-polar, schizophrenia, NPD) affecting possibly 1 or 2 out of every three children in at least the last five generations. Some members are quite dangerous. It’s hard to tell who has inherited their personality disorder and who has acquired it through abuse by other family members, but the problem is extreme to say the least. Pluto dominates the chart of nearly every virtually family member.
2. Rage and sexuality. I was a bit wild as a teenager, full of rage over my ill-treatment and that Sun-Uranus giving me the urge to upset the apple cart at every opportunity. However, my 12th H Virgo Pluto, Mars, Venus and that 11th H Leo stellium may have saved the day, so I quickly learned to channel my energies into service and community activism. And I’ve always had rather strong spiritual leanings.
3. An interesting case in point: There are two people born near to my birth date – Kevin Spacey born a week before me, and UK political commentator, radio and television presenter Andrew Marr, born 3 days before my birth date. I suspect he has the same Virgo Asc that I do. Kevin Spacey we all know about. Andrew, however, has channelled his energies into delving deep into the political fog and bringing the truth to light at every opportunity. Many years ago, my work involved regular communication with him and I was not alone in finding him an absolute sweety – but a hard worker with a piercing intelligence and fine attention to detail. He left no stone unturned.
When I was young I used to dream of an enraged, powerfully built, jet-black stallion. In my earliest dreams, I was trapped with him on the stage of some kind of amphitheatre, engaged in a gladiatorial battle. Watching our dual, from the bottom row of the seating, were grotesque individuals who looked like demons. As the seats rose higher, the audience members began to look more like normal people, until at the highest level, the beings observing our battle were angelic. I would escape from the battle to run to the top.
Later on, I dreamt I was running fast as the wind with the stallion running by my side – but we were separated by a chain-link fence. Gradually, through the years, the fence disappeared and we came together. I began to sit on the horse, but without reigns and no sense of how to give him commands. Years passed, and at last I could ride him, and he was willing. In the last years of these dreams, he was no longer black, and his disposition became progressively more placid, until, a few years ago, he became a loving, gentle foal, running up to me and cuddling me. Then the horse dreams stopped altogether.
I have read that the key to Mars-Pluto is service, and a spiritual approach to life. I can’t speak for others, but from my own personal experience, I would say this has been my salvation. Some of my friends have similar placements and also have taken a related path. We’re intense, to be sure, but we are very protective towards people in general and we get stuff done. I believe that each nativity holds the key to a very specific role which is needed at that particular time on Earth. As indicated in every chart, we are given all the tools we need to do our pre-ordained job. Mars-Pluto is just one set of tools for one set of specialist workers. Ours is some of the toughest work, and could be that, in order to do that work, we are forged like swords. Some, like Spacey, or several of my family members, are too damaged from their forging and run from their destiny, which inevitably brings out the shadow side. Others, like Marr, set their face to the wind and go forth. And once we get going, no amount of adversity can stop us. In the times to come, we may see the positive side of Mars-Pluto really start to come into its own.

Thank you to the people who give a constructive interpretation of how Mars-Pluto can work in a chart. My child has a very tight Mars-Pluto conjunction in the 5th house (Capricorn). Aside from that he’s got a packed 8th house with Sun, Uranus und Mercury (his chart ruler- Virgo ASC). He’s just 2. It’s very early and wrong to make such assumptions about him around these aspects. I wish more who have the aspect would come and give tips on how to encourage positive outlet of this aspect. We are very loving parents and patient and it just breaks my heart when I read things like ”abuse from parents or family”.

I don’t have that aspect directly but of people I have known, especially men, it has been strong sex drive linked. What I would do if it were my child is make sure to teach them proper courting and how to deal with women. Because it would be better for such a person to settle down with someone they were really into and whom also has a high sex drive rather than jump from partner to partner to satisfy a thirst that can never be quenched.
You don’t know how it will manifest for him. It might conceivably not be that. But perhaps think of it like if you were to raise Hercules! Like you would make sure he got plenty of exercise and things. Also you would not overly condemn those masculine qualities like modern society does.
Music might be a positive outlet as well.
