Hi guys!
Any Hades moons out there?  How do you guys feel it? How does it express its energy for you? I’m very curious to know more about how does people get affected by Hades moon!
Moon in pisces in the 8th house

moon trine pluto

Honestly I am in love with everything that Pluto represents! Maybe I’m just another victim of Pluto’s magnetism!

Hi Eleonora!

I suspect there are many Hades Moons here…we are a private bunch though so I’m guessing some might not reply but will come to your topic to read and learn about others’ experiences (for validation, introspection, healing, etc.)

This forum is anonymous and that’s why I share stuff here yet offline it takes a while for me to open up.

It’s one of my favourite aspects in my chart, the Moon trine Pluto.

– Allows me to navigate intense, murky and shadow parts in myself and others (do it for a living)

– Gives emotional resilience – even the worst things can be made sense of and used later in life.

– Tend to attract emotionally resilient and intense women in my life who are great allies

– My mother is INTENSE.

Other natal aspects are quite evident in my life. This one, because it’s the trine, runs smoothly in the background offering assistance. With the moon being in the 8th house the assistance is very welcome.

It took a while to discover Judy Hall’s Hades Moon book but when I read it it felt like I was home cool

I have Moon conjunct Pluto in the 4th house. I can’t say I’m a Pluto fan. I’m deeply rooted to the area where I live. One problem with the conjunction placement is I trigger people close to my age so I really prefer people older than me. I can set emotionally immature people off, it doesn’t happen very often but it sure can make your life miserable.

My moon is trine pluto as well. I am not liking it. It appears that pluto transits have the biggest impact on my life. Maybe that is because My scorpio sun squares pluto.

As my name suggests 🙂, I have Moon conjunct Pluto in the 8th.

My emotions are rather intense, and it’s important for me to retreat & regenerate regularly. Thankfully, I have very good self control. I am quite a private person, who does not reveal what lies beneath to many.

The pain felt can be challenging, but I wouldn’t trade this placement, as the joy I can feel is out of this world. Pluto intensifies good and bad feelings.

When you are born with Pluto conjunct a luminary it’s important to have positive outlets. Walking amongst nature and the sea is very healing. Setting goals and working towards them can be helpful too. We have to take extra care of ourselves, as we are vulnerable to obsessive thought patterns, and being taken over by our powerful emotions.

Eckhart Tolle’s teachings concerning surrendering and turning off the mind/ego have helped me immensely.

Hades Moon, I agree with so much of what you said! Eckhart Tolle was huge for me – mainly because as a kid I had somehow figured out that being intensely present could relieve the mental torment. But I didn’t turn it into a practice until I read Tolle. It’s like I didn’t realize how right on it was until somebody else said it! He is such a lovable dork, a few YouTube minutes with him and all’s well with me.

Moon conjunct Pluto in the 8th would be one thing, but since it’s in Leo for me there is an extra twist of weirdness. I am always obsessed wanting to get to the bottom of the mysteries of life.

I am older and much happier now, but there were some seriously dark days growing up. Well, actually until just a couple of years ago….

It’s funny how Eckhart has been a godsend to us both 🙂.
Yes, this placement was torture at times, when I was younger. I thought my moon-pluto challenges were mostly under control, until a couple of years ago (similar to you). The pain drove me to search; and thankfully that led me to Eckhart. Through his teachings, I can find serenity and sanity..lol.

Interesting. I have read about Hades Moon and some people say that Trine aspect does not count, in fact only hard aspects. By their words a Scorpio Moon is also considered as Hades Moon and 8th house Moon placement as well (even without aspects with Pluto).

Does orb range makes a difference? My Trine with Moon-Pluto is at 6 orb.

Don’t really think there are any easy aspects when it comes to Pluto. Just I suppose when the aspect is considered “easy” the energy is more cultivated. As far as I know any Moon-Pluto aspect is considered as Hades moon.

I have Moon conjunct Pluto in 4th house…I hate this placement, it’s one of the worst (if not the worst) placements in my chart. The fact that I have Pluto in the 4th house makes everything even more difficult… I have a question for you. What do you mean, you trigger people your age? I’m sorry, English is not my mother tongue. Are they afraid of you or are you annoying them? Have you ever checked synastry with any of your peers? I’ll elaborate on that in the next message.

The Pluto degree being the same degree for people close to my age making it a generational planet.

Moon in 12th square Pluto in 8th.  I think this is a challenging aspect.   My emotions can be intense and difficult to handle, though this seems to get easier with age.

My relationship with my mother is complex, I feel like she has depended on me emotionally from early childhood.  Don’t know if other Hades moons have had this experience too?

Yes, my relationship with my mother has always been complex as well. I relate to Maria’s second paragraph.

I agree with that in 100% I don’t think there any easy aspects between Moon and Pluto. But I have the impression that men can deal with that easier…

Similar situation with Sun – Saturn, Moon – Saturn aspects…I guess they all are difficult, especially Moon – Saturn aspects.

But Moon – Pluto is on the podium (with few others of course) as “One of the worst aspects you can have in your chart”.
