Can a birth chart provide any insight into gender identity?

I have an aunt, she’s asking me to look at her chart, this is WAY over my head- is there any chance it’s there? She’s been out of the closet for like- 30 years- she’s a very confident and smart artist and business woman. We are both curious, if it’s possibly there.

Yes, her second house Venus 24d, Mercury 18d, & Chiron 13d, all conjunct in Aquarius - do square her fourth house Mars in Taurus @ 17d.
2nd house Sun 6d, in Pisces AND her Venus24d, — trines Neptune 2d, in Scorpio in tenth house.
Her first house Moon in Capricorn @19d, trines Mars and her Jupiter in ninth house @29d.

Venus in Aquarius might have something to do with it. I have the same Venus sign and we're said to possess androgynous qualities but I t think that also goes with Aquarius in general. I also have Mars sextile Venus and whenever Mars aspects Venus in the natal chart, there is a merging of masculine and feminine energy.
Or for that matter, what's the ratio of masculine planets to feminine planets in her chart?
