@elsa Mine, too. I've got a large 1st house, and Sat and Pluto have been sitting there for a looong time. Saturn is helpful with dealing with all the crap Pluto is bringing to the surface, but I do have very low energy. I'm actually enjoying being more responsible 😆

@elsa Makes sense! It transited my first house when I was getting used to living on my own, and not with my parents (who spoiled and sheltered me). That was rough and definitely caused me to get my shit together!

It's transiting my 3rd house too. And I lost my mentor, having trouble co-existing with my brother. It's just him and me now, no puffer zone anymore between us that would glue us together. We are completely different two worlds, characters, our values are different and we clash almost every time we talk. I was already seeking help here on the blog because of him, I don't know how to deal with my brother. To detach or try to communicate? But I've decided to detach from him because, he wouldn't understand. He's Cap with Moon in Scorpio and Leo Asc. That's our main problem, we don't understand each other, but I try to accept, he doesn't. I've noticed whenever I try to explain my feeling, not just to my brother, to anyone, people listen, but they have no clue what I'm talking about. My life situation at the moment is pretty unique (not in a positive way) among my family, boyfriend, and friends. No one went through a similar thing, and I d0don't like to talk about it, but still, when I do, they don't understand. Saturn is blocking my way of giving information, stories. But I did write 31 short chapters about my experience and I hope, maybe one day I'll be able to publish it. I loved when Saturn was in my 1st house, because natally is in 12th, and yes, it reminds me too of that transit. I feel isolated, lonely. It was like that when it was transiting 12th 8-9 years ago. When it was in my 1st, I thought I could do anything. Smile

@dori The very idea that your mentor that was a buffer between you and your brother is no longer there sounds very Saturn in the 3rd if my perception is correct. That mentor was a mediator (Mercury) of sorts and now Saturn is teaching you lessons on the communication between you and your brother since your mentor is gone. And of course it would be your sibling, being 3rd house and all. Astrology never fails.

I wish you luck although it sounds like you decided to detach, which is sometimes for everyone's good depending on the circumstance.

@rapunzelsoldierfish yes, for the first time in our lives we are one on one now in communication, life, everything, no mentor, no buffer between us. We are starting to get to know each other, and what we are discovering, isn't something that we necessarily like, on the contrary, we are very different types of people. It's funny because our parents raised us completely the same. I think detaching is a better option because my tongue is itchy and I have a tendency to say more than I should and even more, to be very nasty, so this is better for me. Already he doesn't seem to care too much. Sometimes I feel that he sees me as an obligation because I live alone, and our parents aren't alive anymore, so I think he thinks he should take care of me, which would be fine if he ever cared before, but he didn't, so now it just looks fake and I feel like he's full-filling some kind of form, obligation. he doesn't need to do that, I'm managing by myself quite well. Yes, it's a very lonely life, but I don't like forcing anything or anyone. It will be, what will be. Smile

I've been actually studying astrology quite slow. I've never paid attention to Saturn until my first Saturn return. In the second house. It was such a difficult period and it felt like infinite. But looking back I can see now how it was necessary to work on all those issues and how it serves me now.

The most difficult transit I observed so far personally has been Saturn transiting the 4th house. It is now over and entered the 5th. While it was over my 4 house together with Pluto, I was "forced" to look at almost all my past and do the inner work almost continuously. I felt like I'm tired and I wanted to give up the work, but I'm glad I didn't do it.

It depends a lot on the personal aspect it makes on its transit. Right now pushing my Venus and Mars, I get the point about the work that is required. After transiting my 4th I'm now more prepared for this kind of work. I have a strong natal Saturn and I know now I have no chance then do the work it requires.
