I’m the opposite—Jupiter trine ASC.
Yes, I have Pluto Rising in Scorpio... the glare is there, for sure. When I wear eye makeup, I have an even more dramatic look. I have an undertow of energy as Elsa describes it and I feel that Plutonic wave that I emmit for sure and I can see people's energetic response to it also. I tend to provoke strong reactions for good or ill, magnetic/repel - love/repulse
@mariar yeah, I think the Pluto Rising emits power stands true for me... I mean, the energy and reactions to it are very palpable for sure.
I'm Scorpio ASC too but Pluto doesn't aspect my rising otherwise I'd probably scare a lot of people. I do have Pluto sitting in my first house but it's probably not the same as having Pluto on the ASC.
I do know another girl who is also Scorpio ASC with Pluto on her ASC and she dresses very Victorian goth, takes it to the extreme.
Yes, South Node is conjunct by 1° and Saturn is inconjunct by 1°. I'm a very strange looking creature.
Sun, Uranus, Moon, Venus, and Jupiter all aspect my ASC.
Sun and Uranus sextile, Jupiter trines, and Moon and Venus square it.
I have no idea how those planets affect my appearance.
@purplestargirl I'd imagine that Moon aspecting the Ascendant indicates an expressive person with a round face. ?
Not for me. I don't think I'm that expressive plus my face is actually oval shaped. I've been told I'm serious multiple times and I have a Capricorn Sun, which sextiles my ASC. It might soften the seriousness though.
I did read that Venus/ASC aspects indicate beauty of sorts. I have the square but don't honestly see classic beauty. Venus is in Aquarius. My Moon too. Uranus is in Capricorn and I have Jupiter in Cancer.
@purplestargirl I think that the Sun in Capricorn sextile your Ascendant can make people see you as someone to be looked up to. As for the Moon, I had my sister in mind, who has Moon in early Sag trine her late Pisces rising, and she has a round face, but also her face does reveal what she may not say.
Venus square Ascendant: do you often wear jewelry, especially necklaces?
I have a Scorpio ASC if it makes a difference. And my Moon also squares my ASC. My profile picture is an actual picture of me.
Regarding my Venus/ASC aspect...I do wear jewelry like earrings, I have a nose piercing, I wear one ring, and I do wear a necklace often, either a silver rose pendant, albalone shell, or my black tourmaline pendant.
@purplestargirl Yes, it does make a difference. As for the Venus, there you are, and this jewelry sounds very Scorpionic! Venus doesn't need to be all about classic beauty (btw, WHAT is classic beauty, anyway?).
Now I was wondering about Jupiter trine Ascendant (I have Jupiter quincunx Ascendant): have people told you that you make them feel at ease and want to talk to you?
@purplestargirl Of course, and Scorpio tends to inspire people to confide in them. Personally, people can be a bit hesitant to approach me because they hesitate to cuss in front of me for some reason (later they find out the truth! ?) or they're afraid of saying something inappropriate. However, once they get to chat a bit with me they spill their hearts out! ?

Probably. All the planets that aspect my ASC are 3rd house planets too, except Jupiter. I have him in my 8th house.
I'm a Capricorn ascendant, with Sun opposing my Ascendant, Jupiter inconjuncts it and Pluto quinitiles it. My Ascendant is indeed my armor: if I am about to cry, I prefer locking myself into a room so nobody can see me. Furthermore, Jupiter indicates the fluctuations I had with my weight until some years ago, and Pluto accentuates my penetrative eyes. Once someone gets to know me very well, they realize I can be a real goofball! In fact, I can shock people with the acerbic flirting I can do with a straight face.
Aspects to my Libra ascendant are Mars conjunct, Moon trine and Sun, Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto sextile.
For all that, I don't think anything shows in my appearance.
