How exact can a chart rectifiction be? I'm considering having my chart recalculated/ chart rectification. I know my birth time, but it is possible not the exact minute. Can a chart rectitifcation offer the exact minute?
I have planets at the end or beginning of houses, so a 5 minutes eariler/ later time birth could place them in a different house.
Did you have your time birth rectified? Can it be calculated to the exact minute? I'm curious to know as this is quite expensive for me and I'm really considering investing this money.
The possibility of having planets both in the beginning and the end of each house means that you are indeed in the crossroads between ending and starting things. Didn't have any problem with the birth time, as it is written in my birth certificate. I think it would be a good idea to have your chart rectified, it is life-changing.
The result will depend on the skill of the person doing the work. In four decades of astrology, I have personally known just one person who focused on this. It's a super-specialty area. I think it takes a gift.
It is very much a matter of Saturn's placement for me - especially this one. My rising is early Libra, but I'm sure I'm not Virgo Rising. But 5 minutes difference would change Saturn from early 2nd house to 1st house. I've tried it myself - the rectification - with some software availabe online, but well... I'm not convinced. My Virgo Mercury needs to know exactly ? And I also don't think my astrology knowledge will get that advanced in this lifetime. I read about tehniuqes to do it, but I'm far away from posessing such understanding. Luckily I have an approximate hour - not mentioned in my birth certificate, but my mother's memory. I'll definitely do it one day ?
@calliope I have a Virgo Mercury as well and when I am in doubt, I start making lists to check against.
You may have Libra Rising. I have a tough time with all the descriptions of Libra, but one thing I do know is that they go back and forth on their scales. Can't decide which is right. However, a Virgo wants to be sure too. It can be agonizing.
Personally, it seems like a blending of Virgo Libra there. Cusps are always frustrating and well, I just blend them together.
@tonya Yes, going back and forth is really strong in my personality and it makes my Virgo energy struggle... I'm trying to work on it, as they say: opposite sign can teach you something, in my case Aries on DSC.
