I’ve never heard that description of Capricorn women, but it sounds highly generalized based on the most unadulterated or auspicious aspects and placements, whereas most people have a whole medley of stuff going on that influences those placements.

Every Capricorn Sun or Rising I’ve ever met, man or woman, has struggled with acne or very sensitive skin. In fact, my Cap Sun/stellium/Aqua Moon friend recently told me he’s had a severe rash for the past few days, likely from a cologne he used. He’s been using it for years, but thinks they must have changed the ingredients. He’s super careful with the stuff he uses—laundry detergent, deodorant, soap/body wash, etc.

They do tend to age well, as others have said. Joan Baez is a great example. My friend has mostly aged out of his acne, with a few flare ups now and then. Still has the sensitive skin. I think the women can struggle a little more with the acne due to fluctuating hormones over time.

Perhaps there is a lot of ambiguity regarding your Capricorn because your Sun is conjunct Neptune. Neptune is pretty foggy. Like Pisces, can’t be nailed down or put in a box. I have Neptune squaring both my luminaries, I am often unclear about my identity.
