I am looking forward to Saturn in Capricorn, even though Saturn in Capricorn will cross my Asc and square my Saturn then later on square my Sun. I’m looking forward to Saturn crossing my Asc & beginning a new phase. Last time Saturn crossed my Asc I met my husband then got engaged to be married.

Saturn in the 12th has been a slog. I’m really mutable – so Saturn has squared my Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Pluto, Uranus, Chiron.  Not done with those latter 3 for a while & Saturn will be on my Mars. (Have mutable planets from 0 to 29 degrees.)

Saturn in Capricorn will make a conjunction to my MH. I have read not so good things about this transit so I am a little bit worried.

Yes.  Saturn will be on my Jupiter and Venus all year.

It will be different this time around.

I’ve worked hard enough.  And, I know it.

Pluto will be on my Moon all year, too!

Moon rules my 8th.

Yeah, things are going to be different this time…

Worried. My saturn is in my seventh house, so….who knows? I’m single so I’m not worried about a romantic relationship ending. I’ve been alone for a long time so I’ve certainly paid in loneliness for any sins of excessive independence. I would still go it alone given my choices at the time.

Saturn will be going into my 4th house.  I feel cautiously optimistic that this will be a productive transit for me.  It will sextile all of my Scorpio planets in the 2nd house (Moon, Saturn, Mercury and Venus).  I need to do a lot of home repairs, some major and some not.  I need to get rid of a lifetime of things.  I’ve been working on it already, but I think this transit will give me the extra kick in the a&& that I need to finish the job.

Transiting Neptune has been squaring my Sun for awhile.  That is definitely not motivating for getting anything done.

No. The last time it triggered an avalanche of deaths in my family. Not that I have enjoyed Saturn in Sadge because I have not. But I don’t really like Saturn in any sign so there is that.

I’m sorry to hear this, Tam.

Saturn does relax, a bit, in Capricorn.  It’s his home.

Your use of the word “avalanche”, is quite fitting…

Thanks chad! We were either at the hospital or funeral home from August 1989 through March 1990. Both of my grandmothers died, my dad’s brother killed himself. My mom’s cousins died, lifelong neighbors died.

I’m kinda scared. I was a little kid, like 6 in November 1988 when Saturn went into Capricorn. It was when I realized that my family members were warped as hell.

Capricorn is my 4th house (Libra rising)!

Maybe I’ll move (4th house transit).

2nd half of my 4th, first half of 5th.

Will I get my own, very nice, spacious, tasteful  house, finally?

Cause if not I will be very disappointed. It should mean stability, not denial. :-/

Not really. I was bullied for 3 solid years. My clarinet case still has a busted lock on it from all the times other students tripped me up in the hallways at school and sent my stuff flying (including my instrument).

I am now looking at replacing the case, finishing the clean-up on my old clarinet, and giving it a new owner. I’ve had it for about 29 years–Saturn.

On a more positive note, my sketches became VERY popular the first part of Saturn in Cap (Saturn would have formed a grand trine with Chiron and Venus, so 1st/5th/9th houses involved). I even had a waiting list–60 people at one point!! People got a bit pushy with it, and my schoolwork was about to suffer, so I had to stop.

Saturn in Sagittarius brought in some healing energy for me and opened some doors. I’m grateful.

Saturn in Capricorn seems a bit intimidating, but I’m willing to do the work, put in the time, stay present. (So I will be signing up for Elsa’s Saturn in Capricorn workshop.) I have Capricorn in the 7th & 8th house and Saturn in Taurus in the 11th house. Whatever energies arise, I pray I choose a path of love and keep my heart open.
