I've noticed over the past couple of years that whenever the Moon is in Cancer, I hit rock bottom and feel very low. My natal moon is Pisces, so thought I'd have an affinity with a watery moon transit, but it really hits me every time. I think it's to do with the cycle of the moon that was active when I was born, but whatever it is, I find it fascinating.
Does anybody else get this? During a certain Moon transit, you just feel 'off'?
Yes!! Last few years I noticed exactly the same, moody, feeling so down and low during Moon in Cancer transit. My moon is in Leo 9th, but I have Stellium in Cancer 8th house. I also noticed the same when Moon is transiting my 12th house.
Mmmmm..... this is interesting. I'm gonna study my moony moods. Cancer ascendant inconj Saggo moon.
I don't. But I have definitely observed this in others. It's primarily a Cancer/Cancer rising thing.
@elsa I have Cancer in 7th house/Descendant, no planets. Though mu S.O has a Cancer moon in his 12th - might that be significant? Absorbing his looniness? 
Same here when the Moon is in Cancer and I also have a Cancer descendant. I have a natal water Moon too, in Scorpio.

Cancer rising. Worse, packed 4th house with a 10th house moon in opposition.

I am a Cancer rising with a packed Cancer house. I am the town crier. Gotssss nothing but water all over the place. Thus, the handle... *soup* my birth chart is a big old bowl of soup.
This is so interesting! And I'm quite surprised how powerful the Cancer Moon can be. I usually plan a couple of days of semi-hibernation when the Moon passes through Cancer, cos I know how I'll be feeling, and try to factor in a good read and some comfort food.
