Chinese citizens are all digitally surveilled now 24/7/365

Scary.

I read this was for a mass grave too. There are people who are here now that lived there that are saying that is not a site for a hospital and that the virus is bad. Much worse than we are hearing. They are saying it can be spread 2 weeks before you show symptoms so there is no way to know what you have until you are in the middle of it. If that is true… it’s everywhere now.

Another News source says 12 possible cases in the US.

Maybe don’t eat bats and exotic animals…

I was taught in school that a dog, yes, just a dog, can transfer so many illnesses to humans! This is why I refuse to do a lot of work. Not to mention they pass parasites. I tell everyone to deworm their dog 4x a year – make sure they take monthly heartworm meds that also kill roundworm, hookworm….. but, people won’t do it. So, welcome to parasites. The things that a flea or a mosquito can give you is frightening…. (remember the plague) (fleas)

And, Bat soup is the new ‘thing’ …. eek

People get mad at me when I say…. I can not do that… that meaning…work on their animal that has drainage coming from anywhere, ear infections, fleas, ticks, lice, rashes, fungal infections or overgrowth… I could go on and on. You wouldn’t believe the things that folks have tried to get away with. I say….sorry, that is a vet issue. And, off they go to disparage me. Sadly, they set themselves up for so many bacterial and viral infections.

And, Bat soup is the new thing…. shrug_gif

Then, there are the diseases you can get from a cat… it is never ending. I wouldn’t work on a cat for one million dollars. I watched a fellow coworker get a thumb amputated from working with a cat.

Around a month, maybe more, a man came in with a dog…he is holding it and telling me it’s just a mild rash as he is pointing to the dogs abdomen. I said follow me…and right back out the door we went. I said… that is ringworm. Vet now please. I can not touch it. The spores that fly off ringworm from your animal can get in the Hvac system and just blow all around. It’s highly contagious. He was livid. See, people think a bath will get rid of these things and they don’t want to pay the vet. Kill me for saying it but…. if you can’t afford the vet, please don’t get a pet. They have to see the doc just like a child.

A little mutation…and we have crap like this …and it just spreads person to person. Oh well, we are about due for another pandemic.

I saw a weird comment on a coronavirus video today. The person declared that the universe is telling us it’s time for all of us to become vegetarians! eek_gif

Perhaps it’s more about having respect for food sources, not commercializing and deeming lordship over all under the sky.

I personally follow a “blue zone” or Mediterranean diet, since my genes hail from the north African coast and Asia.

Side note: after reading much on Lions Mane, Turkeytail, and Reiki mushrooms (which boost immune system, myelination, and have anticarcinogic/anti-inflammatory properties), I spiked my son’s tea with some (Reiki) since he’s had a cough and BAMMM! It disappeared.

Yes, our diets are in the hands of many mainstream companies who care more about profit.

I couldn’t get over the wet markets. No disinfection. Washing offal into the storm sewers which most probably go straight pipe to the rivers.
Thankfully I was taught food safety by my mother. In her pre antibiotics youth, food safety and sanitation was taught in health classes at school.

Seriously, don’t eat stuff that is highly unsanitary, awash in feces and street filth, and is, basically, questionable.

When we went to both the Bahamas and Mexico you wouldn’t believe the food I walked by Allie…. nope, nope nope and more nope LOL

I have enough problems. I don’t need to eat and cause more eek

They just throw those damn bats in a vat of grease and fry them alive and screaming. Can you imagine that your job is to stand in animal blood in flip flops all day. Someone is going to get sick. Doesn’t take long for these viruses to fly around the world.

If they contain this one…and they probably will, it’s going to be something sooner or later. I was hoping to die in my sleep or something exciting like a car chase LOL …please don’t let me die because someone ate bat soup! frown

This is such a cool YouTube channel. This is an American young man who married a Chinese woman and shows their journey…. shows what he sees that is really going on in China with video.

It’s pretty interesting.

At the moment I’m thinking of Li Ziqi (the Chinese young woman with the beautiful channel mentioned elsewhere on the forum). And also TabiEats (two guys in Japan who love to travel and eat), and Xiaomanyc (Xiaoma is an American man who studied in Beijing one year and speaks fluent Mandarin. He has traveled to Chinatown in NYC as well as mainland China and loves to surprise people by breaking out in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhounese). Hoping they stay safe, love their channels. (Li Ziqi is sick with a cold right now and is being treated for it.)
