Jupiter enters Scorpio on October 10, 2017. Earth and water signs, rejoice! On that same day, Venus and Mars are conjoined in Virgo, so there’s a lot of decisions being analyzed. What was forged during Jupiter’s tenancy in Libra is either solidified and locked-down in Scorpio, or bites the dust, HARD, not to be resurrected. Jupiter’s an expansive planet, and Scorpio is all about scrutiny, so those who were born with Jupiter in Scorpio have extra strong spidey sense. You can either be a “good witch” or a “bad witch” with Jupiter in Scorpio. If Jupiter in Libra brought over-optimism with regard to relationships, Uranus has had a say in it and Jupiter in Scorpio (Uranus is exalted in Scorpio) is the final arbitrator.
On a global mundane scale, Jupiter in Scorpio can represent ideologies that have very deep, unyielding bottom lines, with severe repercussions for non-adherence. We see this on a daily basis thanks to the Internet and with Jupiter in Scorpio, I would expect that even more shall be revealed regarding fanaticism, such as the canings of women who dared to have sex or even speak to a man outside of marriage. The atrocities of ISIS against women may become so overwhelming that it can no longer be ignored.
A great positive example of the Justice that Jupiter in Scorpio could serve up is total, undeniable proof (Jupiter) of the sex-traffic trade (Scorpio) on a scale that finally gets enough attention that those who have been hidden in those dark crevices can no longer hide. Jupiter in Scorpio will be ruled by Pluto, now in Capricorn… it’s about time Pluto in Capricorn finally demolishes some of those long-hidden secrets that have kept society sick on subterranean levels!
Looking at aspects to the other planets that Jupiter makes while he’s in Scorpio, on December 2nd, Jupiter in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces at 11 degrees respectively. NIIIICE. Jupiter gets all the way to 23 degrees Scorp before turning retrograde on March 9, 2018. At that time, Pluto is at 20 Capricorn, so there’s an extended time those 2 planets are in sextile. Those with earth and water planets in the later degrees are going to appreciate that.
The big guy then retrogrades down through Scorpio and trines Neptune again on May 25th at 16 degrees. The station direct happens on July 10th at 13 degrees, still in trine to Neptune. Jupiter will be very powerful on that station direct, with Neptune helping. He makes the last trine to Neptune on August 9th at 15 degrees.
The entire time Jupiter is in Scorpio, there are no harsh aspects from the outers. This is meaningful. The only aspect is the trine to Neptune, repeatedly. I think this bodes incredibly well for those who have suffered greatly and need to have their burdens lifted. There is compassion in this configuration, and a lets-get-to-the-bottom-of-this, once and for all, kind of feeling.
Just for the record, if this trine does lovely things to your chart, keep your wits about you, use that Scorpio energy to really suss out where to put your compassion, because when Jupiter enters Sadge next, he’ll be squaring Neptune. Chickens… roost…. Get me? No? Go listen to “Bitch” by Meredith Brooks. A real Scorpio/Pisces song if there ever was one.

So there is an emphasis in 3rd, 7th, 11th houses natal/solar return
And,
At my progressed chart for that day it will grand trine my progressed Venus in Cancer @ 9th house.

Transit Saturn to the Moon doesn’t need to be a harsh transit. Depends on how your Moon is aspected. In fact, it could be a very stabilizing force during this time.
Jupiter in scorpio will transit my 8th house and will conjunct my saturn. I hope this is a good transit!
It’ll be in my 4th. I have Uranus in there and it’ll oppose all my 10th house planets. I don’t want any family drama ? But, maybe Jupiter will apply some much needed balm to all the Saturn in Scorpio and prolonged Mars rx Scorpio (2016) trauma.
If someone has natal Moon opposite transit Neptune they could be decieved…have huge rose colored glasses and/or beer goggles on. Jupiter would just amplify the mist around the situation.
Find yourself a good saturn-type person to bounce things off of during this transit. You will need reality checks!
My sun is at Scorp 0 in the 2nd, trining my moon, too. Neptune at 21and Merc at 24 in the 3rd; my Mercury is part of a natal grand trine with Jupiter and Saturn.

Saturn (in Scorpio) is in house 2, sextile Mars in the first degree of house 4. I have no idea yet what I can expect. We’ll see! 🙂

Great heads up post, Diane. Big stuff imploded in my life during the past two Jupiter in Scorpio transits. In 1993-94 my marriage of 24 years ended. In 2006-2007 my health imploded with a diagnosis of MCS/EI. Jupiter through Scorpio crosses my MC, Mercury, Chiron and Sun all squaring a stellium in the 7th and 8th Houses. So, these are major turns! Thing is at this point I see the value of the harsh lessons as just what was needed. Deep clearing of what is not authentic.

I have a opposition to Chiron from my 4 planets stellium in Scorpio and he is located in the 3rd house. So in one area Jupiter is in his fave house in my chart (9th), but at the same tine touching base with that Chiron energy. Time to dig things up with my sis once and for all perhaps?
Also, Venus, Jupiter and Sun is all conjunct. Jupiter will have his return! The last time he had a return I met my long time BF (now ex though), and the one I who should have been The One. I also finalized my bachelor of science. Endings and beginnings, huh??
That jupiter trine neptune hits my natal moon at 11 degrees pisces…sweet.
My chart is hugely air and fire but with a 19 degree Virgo Rising, Moon at 20 degrees of Pisces and Uranus at 13 degrees Cancer this should have a positive effect. I believe this will bode well for me, when it aspects my Ascendant and for my 7th and 11th houses when my Moon and Uranus are transited, both of which have had to take the rub recently.
On October 10, I will have just experienced my Venus Return; Tr Virgo Mars will be conjunct my natal Virgo Venus; Tr Jupiter will be rapidly approaching my natal Scorpio Neptune/Jupiter conjunction ushering in my Jupiter Return. My natal Pisces Moon will be conjunct Rx Pisces Neptune when Tr Scorpio Jupiter trines Neptune in December. With my boyfriend’s natal Virgo Mars conjunct my natal Virgo Venus; his Sagittarius stellium conjunct my Sagittarius Saturn; his Virgo Saturn conjunct my Virgo Juno I’m thinking we’ll be solidifying our relationship this fall.
Can’t say it’s all roses in my chart but the lets get to the bottom of it has a ring of beauty to it. Albeit a Scorpio one but it can be a liberation with an open heart,mind not to shut down or lock down as you say. At the end of the day let it all be good…:)
I could use the relief. I have a grand water trine that includes the sun and jupiter so this jupiter scorpio transit will ride that wave. The neptune transit conjuncts my sun (part of the water trine) & I feel the creativity coming. I’ll enjoy riding the wave – but with eyes open! Saturn transits the 7th cusp – get real about relationship.

Starting with late November, it’s going to transit my 12h Sun conj Venus (square Mars trine Saturn), then a Jupiter return in early 2018, ending up with a 1st house Pluto. Neptune will pass my natal Saturn at that time, too. While Neptune caused me some troubles before, I hope for a good outcome 🙂

I look forward to this transit very much, because I’m a deeply spiritual person and Scorpio rules my 12th house, which has been thoroughly cleaned by Saturn a few years ago. My Ascendant is also in 27 degrees of Scorpio and after that beneficial meeting Jupiter in Sadge will meet my Neptune (2 deg) and Jupiter (4 deg).
All this will suit perfectly to the life changes I’ve been going through during the last 6 years. I am not the same person anymore by any means. Everything has changed and for the better.
I’ll have my Jupiter Return when he enters Scorpio, conjoining first natal Jupiter then Neptune 2 degrees later and then my IC at 7 Scorpio. So looks pretty nice! Sextiles all my early Virgo planets and then my Sun at 18 Virgo (although also squaring my Asc/Moon at 17/18 Leo).
Not always so enjoyable a transit, though. Last Jupiter Return 1 Scorp broke up a (short-term) relationship that really wasn’t very good for me, but it was very painful. But I got a job and started a new career several months later, so all in all a good thing.

I have natal Jupiter in Scorpio at 2 degrees, Neptune at 3 degrees Scorpio and my MC at 4 degrees Scorpio. I’m also born a Virgo in Sept 1958. My Asc/Moon is at 9/5 degrees Capricorn. Jupiter is traveling through my sun sign, Libra.
Jupiter will be on my Ascendent, 23 degree Scorpio twice.
Jupiter will then travel to my first and second houses. As a Cardinal, these past 8 years have been a nightmare. I am hoping for a turnaround. In January, 2020, I will have Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto transiting my 2nd house where my natal Jupiter resides. I am preparing for anything and everything.

My ascendant is around 11 degrees Scorpio so I will be alert early December. Last Jupiter in Scorpio transit I had many professional opportunities and simply met lots of abundant and financially successful (Jupiter) people (I wasn’t one of them though, hehe.) Did many short communication courses too.
Got sun in Pisces at 18 degrees so will pay attention too during winter and spring in 2018. Neptune in Sagittarius squares my sun so things will be rocky too (t. Neptune square n. Neptune) yet with a silver lining of some kind.
Hopefully it will bring a pregnancy…fingers crossed.

My Natal Jupiter is in my third house, but it will transit my 6th house when it moves into Scorpio where my natal Moon and Uranus live. It looks like I may be up for a promotion because of this placement.

Jupiter will conjunct my natal Neptune just after it trines transit Neptune and that will trine my sun. But on that day, Mars is conjunct transit Jupiter, which traditionally can be a harbinger of war/aggression (Scorpio isn’t the best sign for this). I’m a Pisces and these signs represent my 4th and 8th houses, which can both represent death- they are aspects concerning both of my rulers (Jupiter and Neptune) so I’m not quite sure what this will bring. Last time Jupiter was conjunct my Neptune my boyfriend broke up with me, (to the day) but I suspect it will be a more intense event than that this time.

I’m excited about this. I’m a Libra sun, but most of the rest of my natals are super-watery. So Jupiter will transit my 6th house natal, 2nd house solar. Jupiter will conjunct my natal Neptune in Scorp and my moon conjunct Venus in Scorp, it’ll trine my Chiron/Jupiter/MC conjunction in Pisces, oppose my POF in Taurus, and trine my 2nd house Mars in Cancer. Looking back, this was always a lucrative transit for me when I worked in the corporate world. I now work a freelance gig from home at a job where my clients are disproportionately women, especially older women. I think I’ll tweak my website to focus on that watery, intense feminine energy. Smells like $$$$, which is great because Saturn in Scorpio a couple of years ago basically killed my former job. Looking forward to better financial times ahead.

Would Uranus Taurus starting in mid 2018 count as a not so good aspect against Jupiter Scorp? I’m a Scorp who was excited to see what the Jupiter Scorpio opposite my Saturn Taurus 7th house would bring. Then, saw Uranus would be joining the party. Seems like anything I’ve read about a Uranus opposition isn’t fun 🙁 ?
