Weekly Forecast: May 31 – June 4, 2021 – A Window To Purpose

boy heliosThis is the week between the eclipses. The Moon starts out in Aquarius, moves through Pisces, and winds its way through Aries by Friday. The mood transits outer consciousness, heads behind the veil, then emerges again into the world of the self and action.

On Monday, the Gemini Sun conjoins the Moon’s north node. This is peak eclipse season motivation. What is our timely personal purpose as it relates to both ourself and to others? This lights a beacon atop our current goal.

The Aquarius Moon trines retro Mercury, the Sun’s sign ruler, and then Venus as the Sun heads into that conjunction. Get curious about purpose, plan, and desire!

All week long, Mercury heads back into square with Neptune in Pisces (exact on Saturday). Don’t be surprised when details and plans go sideways or missing. They may yet show up at some point. It’s not a normal mercury retro snafu; it’s a divine intervention.

The Sun sextiles Chiron on Wednesday and trines Saturn on Thursday. Both aspects remain close all week but peak when exact. Mistakes are mental compost: Over time, they confer special abilities. Now is that time.

On Wednesday morning, Venus moves from Gemini to Cancer and into trine with Jupiter in early Pisces. We want more and it feels like it could be easy! This aspect perfects on Thursday afternoon, but it influences our collective week. It’s more of that getting in the flow influence. Let it take you somewhere without struggling. With our desires on blast, we’re naturally likely to match up with complementary ends.

Wednesday afternoon, the Pisces Moon conjoins Neptune, sparking up a square to retro Mercury. It goes on to trine Mars and sextile Pluto overnight. The mood soothes the budding Mars-Pluto opposition while the details smash into water.

Wednesday is a good day to make peace. Water offers no resistance, but the surface fracture makes for unclear interpretation. Peacemakers would do well to emphasize common values over rules and customs.

Mars-Pluto perfects on Saturday, but we feel its violence all week. Push and pull, water to earth creates a physical and psychic energy which must find an outlet. This outlet is most likely to take place between people one to one, but cohesive groups may also rumble against one another.

Later on Thursday, the Moon moves to Aries and squares Venus in Cancer. While frustration arises over wants versus needs, primarily the need to move more quickly, by Friday we’ve got Moon sextiles to Saturn and the Sun. Opportunities arise when we’re simple and realistic and genuine about where we’re coming from.

Be ready to go through a door or window when it opens to you.

  1. “Wednesday is a good day to make peace. Water offers no resistance, but the surface fracture makes for unclear interpretation. Peacemakers would do well to emphasize common values over rules and customs.” We met bamboo growers the other day, got lost trying to find them way at the top of Frog Water Road. Making our way (two water signs) into the woods to find we knew so little about bamboo — the grass that loves water and will offer no resistance in wind, yet creates canes that are tougher than oak.
On Wednesday we have a date to pick up a few bamboo people, one variety was grown from seed ten years ago; they are eight feet tall now. Bamboo blooms once in a hundred years we learned. Perhaps they have something we can learn about living on earth where water is the common value. We hope so.

  2. The beauty of astrology is that you can go back and see things in a new light when the future has happened.

I just did that and had an “Ahhhh!” Moment.
    “So, that’s what happened” ….

This weekly horoscope was especially useful for that. I understood things in a better or more enlightened way.

    Thanks, Satori!

    • I so agreed with you, Anette. Sometimes astrology is the small cloud that softens the blare or glare and I’m so happy I was outside to see it, read it. Yes … Satori!
