Uranus will turn retrograde on August 7th. In the near term, it will be one of the Six Planets Retrograde At Once. This matters, but we need to look beyond the next couple weeks because by the end of the month, faster moving planets, Mercury and Mars will be direct. This will be a more normal situation.
What’s important here is that Uranus will turn retrograde at two degrees Taurus, August 7th, 2018. It will reach zero degrees Taurus, mid October and retrograde back into Aries on November 6th, 2018.
This is one of the reasons I have held off holding a workshop on Uranus in Taurus. It’s because the planet is not quite situated in the sign.
Uranus will be retrograde in Aries, November 6th, 2018 until it turn direct on January 7th, 2019. It will remain in Aries until March 6th, 2019. At that point Aries will be clear of Uranus for more than eighty years.
Bottom line, it ain’t over till it’s over! And Uranus will not be fixed in Taurus until the planet is actually fixed in Taurus!
It’s pretty interesting to consider this. Aries and Taurus represent very different things. Like love and war and slow and fast.
I expect this period to be pretty interesting. People with planets in the early degrees of the Fixed signs with get a breather here, while people will planets in the late degree of Cardinal signs should expect the unexpected.
