One Of The Things That Makes Me Tick… More Than One For The Keen

Kingsley, thanks you gave me my opening line.

The soldier and I discussed this for a few hours and parts of the conversation that I can recall that seem interesting, entertaining or thought-provoking will not doubt wind up on this blog given the time and opportunity. But as it turned out, at the end of the evening his last statement was this:

“I am probably going to die without having answered that question fully…”

If there was ever an 8th house flavored statement that’s it.  Unfathomable.  You have to remember he considers me “Little Match Girl” like and he defines that by saying both she and I have destinies that are complex.

With his Moon in Scorpio he is drawn to this obviously and I don’t mind being probed. In fact there is nothing I like better (there is your sexual innuendo, Loonsounds) so I tend to agree with cassi and satori who said they felt I was lucky to have a man interested in me in this way.

As to the soldier’s air of authority, well you’ve got that right. He’s got tremendous authority and the way his T-square hits my poor, poor, poor wee little bit of Libra, he’s defintily got it all over me.  I like this of course… must be one of the things that makes me tick. 😉

  1. get too deeply involved with the metronome, you run the risk of missing the symphony.

Its a worthy investigation, an unhealthy obsession.

“The time is gone, the song is over, thought I’d something more to say”- Pink Floyd

  2. Oh yeagh, at some point someone must pull the plug on the bathwater. Who does that job Elsa. I always liked emptying a little bath water and then topping up with more hot water.

  3. Kingsley – I slosh it around into the drain at top and add hot.
We are getting in there now – this time with Francis Ford Coppola wine, LOL.

    Damned freaks! 🙂

  4. Elsa, do you think you and the soldier were “fated” (or something along that line) to be together?
(yes I know we’ve had a conversation similar to this before…)

  5. Yea Elsa, the phrase ‘and I don’t mind being probed’ definitely jumped right off the page almost before I even got to it.

  6. I don’t think there is anything that shows more love than a person trying to understand fully his/her partner’s psyche. This is how it is for me, although others may find it uncomfortable or intrusive. Maybe this is my Moon/Pluto conjunct in the 12th, but I have always been fascinated with all the layers beneath the surface.

I enjoy reading about you and your man so much Elsa 🙂 it gives me hope!

  7. Same here Daemoness. I love to learn about all of their layers, explore the world through their eyes. But with a twist – I want to remain unknown. More comfortable for me. I attribute this to Cappy Moon/Neptune conjunct on the descendant.

  8. Same here Ana, I attribute mine to Saturn in Scorpio in the 8th with trines. Many people have thought they really knew me but it’s the tip of the ice berg. I can’t help being this way as I don’t necessarily think it’s the best way to be.
