Midara’s January 2022 Horoscopes for All Signs

new chapterWelcome to 2022! In the last few weeks there have been major shifts, making this new year truly a new chapter! And the changes just keep coming.

As Jupiter begins to settle in his home in Pisces, we’ll all feel a collective lift. This will be especially noticeable when Mars leaves Sagittarius on the 24th and the Moon’s Nodes change signs on the 18th, with the North Node moving out of Gemini and into Taurus. When that happens, Jupiter will be a free agent, able to work his magic and dissolve limitations.

But the good news is that we’ll still be grounded in reality even as we float in Jupiter’s ocean. This is because we have another pile-up in Capricorn. The Sun travels through the sign, running into retrograde Venus and then Pluto along the way. And as soon as the Sun moves into Aquarius, Mars will enter Capricorn, followed by Mercury retrograde. Like a pincer attack, Mars takes the lead while Mercury brings up the rear.

This is an excellent month to think big and pick a lofty goal, then plot out the steps it will take to get there. You really can’t ask for a better start to the year. There’s enough goodness to help us live in hope, and enough pragmatic energy to help us make our dreams real. If there was ever a time for a New Year’s resolution, this is it!

  1. Yikes. Not a great start from Jupiter for everyone. Big, expansive, 100 mph winds whipped down the front range in Colorado and downed power lines that started a fire that burned over 500 homes the same day Jupiter went into Pisces. Next day…utter calm and snow…6 inches so far.
