The 2020 Saturn Pluto conjunction will take place @ 22 degrees Capricorn. These planets were conjunct in Libra in 1982-83, near the same degree. If you have this conjunction in your natal chart, you may be concerned but I don’t think you need to be.
For starters, Saturn is at home in Capricorn and exalted in Libra. That’s good! It may be a square aspect and it may hit you hard and deep! However, this should allow you the chance to access this powerful energy that’s innate to you.
To better understand, accept this: Pluto is not a negative force! It’s potent and concentrated but as I’ve stated for decades, energy is neutral until it’s directed. Now put this all together…
You’re born with a deep sense of what’s fair when it comes to love (Saturn in Libra). I’ll just go for the throat here – many of you saw your parents betray each other. You witnessed them cheat and divorce, or whatever. You grew up witness to the dark side of committed (Saturn) love (Libra) aka marriage. Painful!
So now you’re older. You can see this from a different angle. This a time where you might re-calibrate your views or your judgement on certain things. In this process, you can close the door (Saturn) / heal (Pluto) the pain you’ve been shouldering all your life.

I hope this helps.
