Client Testimonial: Bad-Ass Mother Of An Astrologist

Dina in Jersey writes:

Dear ElsaElsa

I got an astrology reading from you recently, and it proved to be very difficult for me because I whenever I reveal anything personal to anyone, I feel extremely exposed and vulnerable. So, while it took me a few days to “recover” from a complete stranger suddenly peering into my soul (you essentially handed me my own ass in the reading), I have to say that it was rather illuminating. There is one single line you wrote which has set me free: “You see yourself as a victim in relationships, but it’s not real.” This explains so much!! Prior to having this session with you, I was doing a lot of weeping. No more of that!! I still don’t have everything solved for myself, but at least I’m starting to understand. So thank you! You are one bad-ass mother of an astrologist. Also: I am addicted to your blog.

Rock on, gypsy woman.

Thanks, Dina!

  1. I value truth a lot Elsa (I’m a Sagittarius)and that’s why I like you as an astrologer, you are objective and don’t feed us bullsh*t.

  2. Maybe I m not ready to find out everything about myself!

opsss.. sorry for the double posting! My laptop gone mad!

There are things Elsa said to me YEARS AGO that are still with me. I would not be where I am today if I had not stumbled upon Elsa and availed myself of her sharp eagle’s eye. Everybody ought to get at least one consultation with Elsa in their lifetime.

Elsa is a “national treasure”. ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. why? you just try it, and then if you don’t feel it was for you, then you don’t have to have another one.

but you’ll very likely enjoy the reading immensely, so nothing really to worry about.

  5. Actually, I am only scary about 1 time in 20. Maybe 1 in 30, even. Most people find me freakishly supportive but I totally admit that I did hand Dina her ass.

One thing, is if you are the type that intimidates people (not that she is, this is not personal to Dina) or someone who routinely dominates all interactions, I will stand up to you which can be shocking.

However if I don’t do it the client will get nothing from the consultation and that is not acceptable to me.

For the record, I learned this by consulting astrologers myself. I would pay them – do all the talking / dominate and then get off the phone thinking it was all a waste of time… not only mine but theirs too.

Based on this, I go out of my way to get real information to a person that will impact and assist them and there are times I have to fight to do it. But as for being brutal in my communications… I don’t think this is the case.

I am built for intimacy and partnering and have a different persona 1 on 1 then I do on my public blog. I am actually what you might call… nice.

  6. Life’s too short – don’t hesitate. I still have my job after consulting Elsa earlier this month. I was about to blow it at work – bigtime! Elsa got to the core of the issue immediately and gave me the tools to resolve the unpleasantness at work in a 30 min email consultation. I am one very relieved and grateful Frog. ๐Ÿ™‚

Ha! So funny. I feel the exact same way about MY marketing clients. Elsa, I saw some of ME in YOU the day we had our consult. I truly did.

I tend to challenge/doubt people in authority who I don’t know. It’s almost like my brain says, “Oh, yeah? WHO are YOU to tell ME!?”

So that was probably why Elsa handed me my own derriere!

However, once someone has my loyalty and respect, forget it, I submit and defer. I will happily give them the moon and stars on a platter.

  8. Elsa told me many things I knew about myself at a subconsious level, but couldn’t articulate. She was always so warm and kind to me.

She helped to save my marriage.

Other things helped too (I sometimes need a ton of bricks), but you knew all along that we were meant to be.

Now, water (Pisces) + fire (Aries) = steamy

    Rock on Elsa.

While reading Elsa’s advice to others over a long while I always admire the straight-forwardness of her replies. Meaning there is none of the psuedo-weasel clauses in her statements. It is what it is.

A gem from way back sounded something like this…”You don’t just fall on his dick by accident.”

  10. Oh yeah, Dreams. Those women who act like they slipped on a banana peel and landed on the guy’s dick! Who are they kidding? Further, what good does it do a woman to believe this is what happened?

  11. Wyrdling, werd and triple werd! I once had E hand me my ass, but I absolutely needed it. Every other time I’ve had a problem I’ve just felt listened to, shored up, and supported. It’s fabulous. ๐Ÿ™‚
