Most of the people I work with have legal counsel; they just want a second opinion or support from another angle:

“My soon-to-be ex-husband triggers me…”
“My soon-to-be ex-husband has a girlfriend and she is doing this and this and this with my kid…”

I am especially adept at undoing problems like these.

My goal is give the client a better understanding of their situation and a sense of control in what is almost always an emotionally chaotic situation. I am known for candor and I work aggressively to come up with a strategy and tactics that will be effective but tailored specifically to the client. In other words, if you don’t have the stomach for it, I respect that. If you want to fight tooth and nail, I respect that as well and have no judgment in either case.

I am keen to win but my sole drive is to assist the client. Unlike an attorney my compensation is not tied to decisions that you make which leaves me free to offer advice that is in your exclusive best
interest.

I offer a 30 minute consultation by phone or by email for $60 which is typically enough time to significantly assist the client. Once I am on your case, I am happy to follow up or touch up in short sessions (5-30 minutes) if this is necessary or desired. I just prorate the cost.

If we work by phone, you can send the birth data ahead of time along with an outline of the problem and we’ll go from there. If you prefer to work by email we can have a dialogue. You outline your situation and I will mail back, my lines between yours, leaving time for you to come back with questions or further instructions. I am very flexible and willing to work in whatever way you prefer.
