They're not the sugary, "Oh, poor baby poo," type. But they will be loyal to you towards death. They will offer help through action, not sweet (and saccharine) words.

depends on how evolved they are... many I've dealt with play games, withhold, test.

I have one guy friend though that is super loyal & just the best. I love him. He's always there for me & sensitive to my feelings.. just very supportive.

Unconditional LOYALTY!!!!!! There to help/hold up/protect at a moments notice. Of course this is not handed out liberally. I give this to my two children, my grandbabies and my husband. That is it.

I have to disagree with the not sweet part.... I am a hugging, kissing, are you hungry can I feed you ...do you need some money FOOL... then I will hug your ass again. That is my Cancer asc talking and my Scorpio stellium that sits in the 4th. Smile

Pearl is right, it does depend on how evolved they are. l had a Scorpio boyfriend who was terrible in every way, unevolved as hell. My husband is a Scorpio and he is a good man. He is very loyal and he is always honest. lt seems to me that  a Scorpio's love will be backed up by action more than other signs. lt's not lip service, it is love made manifest in the concrete. Not only do they say they love you but they back it up and the evidence is undeniable. l have been married to this guy for 31 years .l have Scorpio as my ascendant and we both have Neptune there, so we mesh well.
