This is #6583 in astro.com's database. I recently discovered this asteroid, and it's intrigued me ever since. It's a bit difficult for me to interpret in my natal chart for some reason. It's in Sagittarius in my 6th house, trine my Moon. A traveling healer, perhaps?
Anyway, I've started studying it in synastry. I would guess people whose planets make major aspects to it will help you find your destiny. My best friend's Moon is conjunct my Destinn; my father's Sun is opposite, and one of the last bosses I had, who was extremely influential on me, had his Jupiter on top of it. It would probably be very interesting to examine this asteroid in composite charts as well.
I don't know how it's different from the North Node, though. Maybe the North Node is something you have the choice to develop or not, and Destinn is just sort of...what happens to you regardless (taking into account free will of course).
What are your experiences/perceptions of this asteroid?
Destinn is conjunct my Sun in the 1st house. I follow asteroids closely.Â
But wow, I did a quick glance at the night I met the girl who would end up being my first big relationship and Destinn was conjunct my vertex in the 5th house, not to mention Amor was also conjunct the vertex.
Natally, Amor is conjunct my Mercury.Â
And Ahhh!!!! When my 2nd big relationship started, Destinn was in my 7th house opposite my Sun.Â
I've been looking at ahead to the upcoming eclipses, not only because the lunar eclipse hits my 3rd house cusp to the minute, but also because Destinn will be opposite my Venus. And progressed Amor precisely conjunct my Uranus ruler of my 7th house.Â

I haven't heard of Destinn before. My Destinn doesn't aspect any of my most important relationships' planets. However, my Jupiter aspects a lot of those people's Destinns, within 2 degrees or less. I'm really into spreading the Jupiter feelings to them.
My own Destinn is conjunct my Pisces Mars, in my 10th. My North Node is in Aries in my 12th. How fitting is that?? 
I don't know what it means though. Pisces and the 12th are so vague. And it doesn't help that the only big transits happening there, for YEARS, are Uranus and Neptune. I need a Saturn or Jupiter transit to help clarify things!

That's so exciting!! 😀 I hope something happens!! Watch it be some teeny, tiny insignificant thing, but then 10 yrs from now you look back and go "WOAH that day changed my life!"
Destinn is in my natal 2nd house, it trines my Vertex but that's about it.
I fell in love once the second they spoke to me and transiting Destinn was conjunct my Chiron. No bueno
