I can understand. There are some things I don’t want to know anything about. Details around my lover’s ex-lover would be an example but a bonafide secret? A secret is so tasty!  I love knowing secrets and I’m fortunate that people tell me plenty of them.

I also like telling my secrets though I have little opportunity to do so. I chalk this up to the packed 8th house in my chart, I have a healthy (thriving) attraction to the taboo and I’m happy in this realm.

I agreed with her.  You can be quite burdened with a person’s secret but other secrets open doors. Some secrets illuminate things and expand a person.

I think I could go ten years on one good secret.  It’s the first door you’re stuck on see? Once someone unlocks it for you, there is often a trove of doors.  Chances are some of the doors will lead to treasure you’d never have been able to access had someone not shared their secret.

I guess I wanted to stand up for secrets. I’d be out of business on all levels without ‘em, I’ll say that.

Then time passes. A few weeks, a few months, a number months or maybe a year and the next thing you know the person starts talking openly about their secret. I have seen this now repeatedly and the secrets are not in any way minor.

Capricorn would probably have the worst time because they are the most concerned for their public image. I think Scorpio would fare best.

The betrayal would sting Scorpio and the perpetrator would be amputated completely and permanently from the life. But I don’t think they’d be all that bothered over what came out. Because I don’t think you’d get at Scorpio’s actual dirty laundry. Their stained things, maybe. But their actual dirty laundry? Forget about it.

Dina – our perceptions are so different. I talk about my life non-stop on this blog. I keep some things secret (or private) for a variety of reasons which generally speaking, I reveal.
