Astrology Today – Moon In Leo And Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

My eye on the sky

seasonal affective disorder SAD lightThe Moon leaves Cancer for Leo this morning, trining Venus in Sagittarius in the process. People will be more upbeat and less controlling during this short respite from security fears that plague most people these days.

If you’re struggling, the Moon in Leo responds dramatically (the only way Leo knows how) to sunlight so try to get some.  You’ll be amazed at how much difference a few rays can make and if you’re in circumstances where this is not possible… well it’s that time of year (in the US).
Astrology and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Is Leo Predisposed?

I have trotted out my SAD light for the season and the soldier (who craves the desert) likes it as much as I do. He calls it my “Happy Light” which is actually a much better name.

In whatever case, I’m telling you it is very hard to feel “low” with that thing shining on you and tricks like this are good to know.

Does your mood drop in the fall / winter? Do you have Leo in your chart?
