Exlosive Outbursts: Not Just A Mars-Mercury Issue

April 3rd, 2012 @ 2:54 pm by Satori

“Let us just say I was deeply unhappy, but I didn’t know it because I was so happy all the time.”
–Harris Telemacher, “LA Story”

i-mockery.comTo paraphrase an alcohol-related meme: I may not freak out often, but when I do it’s usually a Neptune-related issue. Today’s outburst was triggered by seeing the dirty cheese-grater in the sink for the third time in under 24 hours. So while the actuality of the outburst itself falls under Mars-Mercury, its underlying cause was the veil dropping and the fact that I had put the veil in place at all. Each previous time it happened instead of saying, “Hey, who used the cheese-grater? I need you to wash it,” I just Neptuned it away and washed it myself. So when the veil dropped I not only had to address the reality of that one small task but I also saw all the other undone tasks I had ignored. In one moment everything went from A-OK to mom going ballistic because the house is a disaster area.

Relieving A Person Of Their Burden

December 4th, 2011 @ 4:37 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life.

This is a topic most would not bring up but I’m going to do it real quick while the Moon in Aries squares Venus and Pluto…with Saturn in Libra.  The other day, I posted about deathbed photos, warning that some might find it ghoulish. I explained that my sister and I both have a strong Saturn Neptune signature and we know all about sharing a burden.  We can dissipate our burden, or take yours on, as easy as we can breathe. It’s one of the reasons that sensitive people who arei n pain, call me. I can relieve them.

No Basis, Nothing Real, Everything Erased And All For Nothing

July 8th, 2011 @ 3:35 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life.

I know there are many who can relate to this. I’m going right along and all the sudden it hits me – I’m washed up!  I can’t write another post. I can’t write another newsletter. I don’t have any ideas.

Okay, well maybe I have ideas but so what? I can’t get the  out. This is it for me. I’m done. I have finally  come to what must be the end of the rope and what’s there?  Nothing of course. Nothing.

Do you know I have hit this point roughly 400 times in my life (rough estimate based on an average)?  Well I have.  The feelings comes from nowhere, for no reason and they leave the same way. This is what life is life for Saturn Neptune types like me.

Does your basis leave you too?

What do you do when all the water (inexplicably) drains from your tub?

Getting Information In Dreams

May 12th, 2011 @ 8:49 am by Elsa

Saturn Neptune again

I tend to have two kinds of dreams, generally speaking. First are the fear dreams that are part and parcel of Saturn Neptune in combination in a chart. Basically you dream what you are afraid is going to happen rather than what is real.

Other times I get very precise information. It’s never good info as in it is invariably information I would like to reject but it is good info in that it’s real. It’s like a real whisper from an angel and I figure I must need to know the thing even if I’m not thrilled with the content of the message.

Saturn Neptune: Deprivation (and Rejection) For Reasons Unknown

April 16th, 2011 @ 8:49 am by Elsa

Astrology in real life

I have a strong Saturn Neptune signature in my chart and I love the topic. If you wonder if you have this as well consider these markers: Saturn in Pisces, Neptune in Capricorn, Saturn in aspect to Neptune, Neptune in the 10th house or conjunct the MC. Saturn in the 12th house.  Today I have a new angle… deprivation (Saturn) with no basis (Neptune).

It’s prom season and I was telling my husband I never went to a prom though I was invited. I had a high school boyfriend, hard core. We were voted most likely to marry and he asked me to go to the prom but my father said no because we could not afford a dress.

My boyfriend offered to buy me a dress and everything else I needed.  He was a Leo so very much wanted to be seen at the prom. He was working so he could afford this but my father still said I couldn’t go.

How Do You React Or Defend Yourself When Injured?

April 12th, 2011 @ 6:10 am by Elsa

Astrology in real life

scorpionI came across this from 2008 while searching for something else. It was a really good question and worth a re-hash.  My life has improved considerably and dramatically since 2008 but this was all true at the time. When you’re up to your ears in pain, you don’t want more pain.

Amber writes:

“I am interested in your “pull the plug’ strategy. Reading over the years it seems that it’s a strategy that you have used (have had to use) more than once, sometimes with more drastic results than others. (In fact in a mild case you used it on me – I wrote you an email in which a joke I made was offensive, and you unsubscribed from my blog without telling me I had offended you! I had no idea!). I do not think I would be capable of leaving a situation without explanation. I do leave situations in a “no looking back’ manner, but only after outlining why. I need to communicate. I was wondering, is it energy conservation- or is there another reason why you pull the plug so abruptly?”

How Real Is Your Reality?

February 13th, 2011 @ 6:20 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

“I don’t believe in that,” my husband said. “Time is a man-made concept. I don’t believe there is more than one reality either. My reality. Your reality. His reality. There is only one reality. Reality is what is real.”

“It’s true but if you look at something that is purple and I look at the same thing, we are liable to see different shades.”

Saturn With Neptune: Hiding Reality

February 5th, 2011 @ 5:02 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

I have written more than 100 posts about Saturn mashed with Neptune and here comes another one.

The other day someone started a thread on the boards, asking if people were real, basically.  Do you have a facade? I said I was real and think it’s obvious. My flaws and farts and my finery are on display here on a daily basis for the last ten years however, Saturn Neptune types (like me) hide things. We hide BIG things often enough, I sure as hell do.

The Cure For Elsa’s Malady According To Annalisa

January 24th, 2011 @ 3:31 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

This is utterly random. I was poking around in my old writing for no reason and found this. I apparently wrote it in 2007, I have no recollection why. This would have been before, Annalisa showed on the blog, though she’s in this.

I used to write a lot of stories. They were heavy on dialogue because for some reason I can remember it, verbatim going back as far as 40 years. I wrote dialogue from my past simply because I could in some cases. It would be my head so I’d type it out without specific purpose. You climb the mountain because it’s there, right?

Neptune And Saturn: Trust But Verify by Satori

January 4th, 2011 @ 6:56 pm by Satori

“I try to keep an open mind but not so open that my brain falls out.”
–Judge Harry, Night Court

Gorilla SuitI took the kids to the movies Sunday. There weren’t a lot of other people in the theater, and most of them came in after the previews started. Before the lights came back up I decided to give myself an exercise in memory and perception. Without looking around I made mental notes of how many groups, how many in each and the genders and ages I suspected. I’ve been thinking a lot about Mercury placement and the senses lately. With Mercury in Pisces I figured I’d be pretty good at subconscious memory if I really let it flow.
