I wrote about pining over, Reuben in the Fantasy Love post. I thought I’d elaborate on this story because it’s a good one.

I was pining over, Reuben at 19 years old,  after learning that my husband (that I am married to now) had married someone else. I was so obliterated by that I did not date for anyone for 6 months which is eons at that age and also for someone like me who really likes to be with man.

In whatever case, I didn’t have a man but I did have, Reuben, who wore white pants by the way and I knew I was fantasizing.  I am telling you I was utterly and totally conscious of what I was doing which may be hard to believe for a 19-year-old but I’ll tell you how I knew.

I have a client struggling with Saturn in Libra aspecting her natal Venus. She would like to partner and I’ve explained she’s got to overcome problems or impediments that keep her from her goal.

“Your interest in him is a problem or an impediment until and unless he comes to you which he actually may. He MAY but only if he experiences life without you and comes to realize something. Otherwise he was just a lesson on your road and pining for him is like pining for 8th grade when you’re in 10th now.”

I think this a succinct message applicable to many so here it is. I hope it helps some of you off the branch you’re caught on.

“P, I’m at the QT and it’s hot in the desert. I went in and got some coffee and a cherry danish, came walking back out to my truck and it made me miss you.”

“Why is that?”

“Oh, because when we were kids there used to be a place I could stop, it’s be hot like this and I’d stop on the way home and get us something eat. A danish or maybe a donut. Bring it home so we could eat it.”
