Yesterday morning after breakfast the soldier put “Patton” so he could better digest his food. “Let me just have a few minutes of war… some martial music so I can relax before we unload that truck. He proceeded to call me in every 4 seconds to see “the most important thing to know about Patton,” or ‘my other favorite scene in this movie…”

And you know the soldier believes in past lives (as a soldier) which is something he has in common with Patton. With his south node (past life) in Aries (war) in the first house (war), astrology supports his claim. We watched the scene in the movie that addresses Patton’s past lives.

“So what?” I asked. “Do you think you know him? Did you know him back whenever?”

With the south node in Aries in the 1st house (soldier) and the north node in Libra, 7th (love relationship)… well I guess I’d say the bull has turned:

“No, it’s intriguing to me.”

“Yeah, well I figure it’ll be okay. I intend to have things worked out by the time it happens. I’ll have my house, our house and I’ll have it all memorized. I’ll learn whatever. I read the titles of these obscure fight training dvds and he got all happy. “Yeah, those are them.” He told me the history of this kind of fighting. ‘ am getting a little rusty and I want to brush up on this stuff.”

Continue reading South Node In Aries in The 1st House Moves Somewhat Sadly And Begrudingly Towards the North Node in Libra, 7th House

In western astrology the south node, it’s house and sign describes what you are inordinately good at expressing and manifesting in your life. In contrast the opposite point, the north node, it’s house and sign represents what you should incorporate to progress in this life.

Speaking of the soldier’s challenge of manifesting his seventh house north node in Libra, I also have my north node in the seventh house. This means with our south nodes in the first house, we are both very comfortable acting independently in spite of our desire for relationship.

I have Venus in the seventh house, which is definitely going to want to partner and the soldier has Libra (Venus) in the seventh which puts him in a similar situation.

We are currently trying to work this out and I don’t mind saying that while we may love each other very much it is a great strain and struggle. So what about you?

“Oh, I suppose,” said the rhino with the balloon tied to his nose. “I suppose I’ll have to be nicer to the bastard.”

“He’s not a bastard.”

“He is a bastard, but he could be a bigger bastard so I will try to be a little nicer to him.”

“Good enough.”

“But I will still kick his ass if I don’t see you this weekend. I am going to get irritable.”

“Are you irritable?”

“No, but I can get that way real quick.” (Aries)

The soldier has his north node in Libra in 7^th house (double whammy). His node is conjunct my Mars Mercury in Libra and I am pretty sure I am to pull him towards relationship and politeness.

“Did you wish him a Merry Christmas?” I asked.
