I use Equal charts which means when a planet transits one angle of the chart, it aspects all of them.  This is for a client who is contemplating a move with Neptune transiting the angles of her chart:

“I am not saying, don’t move. Just that with Neptune on the angles, it is possible, you are chasing a dream.  All this means is you should know that before you leap.  Take a leap of faith as opposed to a leap into heaven which simply does not exist on earth.  If this sounds good to you – I’d go…”
