Pluto is stationing in aspect to my natal Mercury and I really wonder if it could get more intense.

I called, Annalisa today to report on my “complicated life”. I got home and was writing the newsletter for the 26th. I realized that getting ahead like this is necessary, in a ritual sort of way, so that I can put full focus on the content in the Colosseum. I have to clear my mind of minutiae and minor tasks, I guess.

I regret not covering this sooner. Mercury opposes Pluto, exact tomorrow and it struck me that Annalisa’s post around people contacting her in order to injure me is an awfully good example of how this aspects works.

We are Mercury- ruled siblings and the probing (Pluto) communications (Mercury) are done beneath the surface or at least the attempt(s) is made.

Oppositions go back and forth so when a person intends to penetrate (Pluto) my sister (Mercury), it’s almost a given that my sister is going to penetrate the person(s) with the poison pen.

“Do you still think people choose their families?” I asked my sister, we have studied astrology since we were 8 and 10. “You used to think we came in where we came in by choice.”

I have made four attempts with four different people and can see I may as well be speaking French or Pig Latin or gibberish or something because no one seems to know what I’m talking about. Mercury (and Venus) in Virgo are tightly square Pluto and the rest of the sky is benign in comparison. Communications are manipulative but a negative connotation to that should not be assigned or assumed.

It is possible that a person’s manipulation of you is desirable (Venus) depending on the person. For example if your body is in a knot, a chiropractor can do some pretty nifty magic via manipulation. It reminds me of when I first got in contact with the soldier in 2003. Pluto was transiting my Sun then and I was having a hell of a time.

This is textbook astrology. Breakdown (Pluto) in air travel (Sagittarius) caused my communication (Mercury) blackouts. Anyone else seeing more of this?

I am getting ready to make a video, it’s the kind of thing that will piss off more people than it will please so I asked myself, why? Today’s Mercury square Pluto offers the opportunity to become aware of and accept your own motivations which may or may not be noble and I’m taking advantage.

I don’t do it because I want to be provocative or controversial although this may be the result. My motive is much more selfish, I simply want to get to the next (a deeper) level and to do that I have to shuck off this other stuff. So while may seem…whatever you care to project (I think I am Oprah is a common one) what I really want to do is get smarter and this is the only way I know how to do that.

I would go on to say, this is so important to me I don’t care the damage it does my reputation. I am already an astrologer and it’d be hard to damage a reputation beyond that.

Can anyone relate?

Mercury is applying to square Pluto and things are hopping around here in some spots. In other spots there have been total black outs. For example over the weekend my blog was down for half a day and there was nothing I could do about it

Today, I some how dropped half my bookmarks and cannot figure out how to find the link that allows me to add things to the Astro News at the moment so again another black out.
