I rely heavily on my gut in making decisions. Any time I’m in a quandary, I almost always choose the option that “feels” best to me overall. This is not overly difficult with decisions that mostly impact me, but when they impact others, it gets more complicated. All of a sudden, there are exponentially more factors to consider and it’s much more confusing, weighing out not only how I feel, but how other people feel, what the facts are, and what is owed to all parties involved. It’s enough to make a chick want to go take a nap!

I feel sorry for folks with the moon in Libra. I know how grueling that Libra tennis-match-action can get, and I shudder to imagine. Trying to make a tough decision when your brain does nothing but feed you a list of “what if” scenarios for you to endlessly evaluate, all while you worry about accidently picking the wrong one? Ow! Just thinking about it makes my hair hurt.

My life is an ongoing quest for balance. Peace, harmony, and balance. At one point, I even scratched it on a piece of paper and tacked it up by my front door. So I would see it every time I left the house: “balance.” I have a yin-yang tattoo, and I always wear a yin-yang charm around my neck. Maybe it’s that seventh house I’m always complaining about, Saturn and the seventh in Pisces. For me, so much of the time it’s either too much or too little. Seeking balance is my eternal quest.

Speaking of me (earthy) vs the intellectuals (Airy), one year, we had an all-girl Thanksgiving. My double Aquarius friend Kay hosted the event. Her double Gemini friend and my daughter (a baby at the time) attended and we had a blast.

We cooked all day… sort of. The Gemini showed up with freeze-dried potato mix which she prepared with a cigarette hanging from her mouth while telling jokes and talking about men. She looked right out of a movie so you know I loved that.

Yesterday the soldier and I got into a fight… an argument, a whatever. It was very unfortunate because I was sick as a dog and Vidroid was home as well which means he witnessed.

Now don’t go having a conniption fit. The soldier and I are both pretty freakin mature. We don’t fight dirty and we maintain awareness of his presence however we are not perfect and we do LIVE. We do have the capacity to explode in relation to each other as Vid is well aware seeing as he has been told.
