Aries Bunny Kills Wolf Pack and Two Hunters… And The Fuse Ends Here

aries red ramWith Saturn in Virgo, I am trying to conform a bit more both here and on the Top 10. One of my intentions is to put some focus on the sign the sun is in as it transits the zodiac. See how orderly I have become? The Sun is in Aries at the moment which reminded me of the Aries Bunny.

Now my sister is a Pisces with Venus in Aries and she was married to a Scorpio with an Aries rising. He’s the one she threw a chair at that time but anyway this guy was an intense piece of work, make no mistake. So that makes three of us… all of us very intense people and one day we were driving around Denver.

Jupiter In Capricorn: Various Perspectives Of Reality – Sins Of The Father

March 14th, 2008 @ 3:34 pm by Elsa

Astrology In Real Life

libra man glassThis came to mind today, startling enough I want to record it. When I first started writing about the soldier a lot of people were alarmed. They just didn’t know what to make of it and I don’t blame them because I didn’t know what to make of it either. But at some point someone emailed me (with no malice) to suggest the soldier had a lot of karma to work off due his career in Special Forces.

I had formed no opinion of this at the time. I just didn’t have enough information but being as I have Libra, I wrote back to oppose (to balance) the assertion. ‘What makes you think he’s done something wrong?” I asked.

freed slavesSo to flesh out my theory… I asked myself why people would not be happy for the slaves that are freed. Because the slaves are going to be happy for sure. They will be giddy like the soldier and I. So why isn’t the collective happy for the slaves?

Is it because we need slaves? Is it because we need some people oppressed so that others can feel superior? Maybe that’s it. Maybe there are 100 reasons but as I got thinking about this I arrived at the one I liked the best and this is it:

My Uranus Transit And The Slaves, Newly Freed

February 18th, 2008 @ 10:29 am by Elsa

Astrology in real life

penske truck“You’re like slaves who have been newly freed,” she said regarding the soldier and I. Astrologer, Claire France Perez, this is. “You’re both giddy. You’re newly freed slaves and you’re drunk with freedom. Of course you’re giddy. You would have to be giddy after all those years of oppression…’

“Yes. Yes, that right this is exactly how it is and how we feel,” I said. “Both of us feel that way. We have been profoundly oppressed, we know it, we chose it, we allowed it and we know why. It is because of our character, stronger than people could possibly imagine. It is because of love and loyalty and any number of good qualities you can think of but those days are gone. Our dues are paid – they are more than paid, they are paid in spades and we’re out now to dance in the streets.”

My Uranus transit is exact next week and I will be taking time off the blog between now and then to help the soldier move cross-country. We’re going to be in a Penske truck – two grinnin’ freaks and the happiest people you have ever seen in your life I’d say. And this is why the people wig, I think.

It’s because they have never and will never feel THIS DAMNED HAPPY and the reason is because they have never been oppressed so badly for so long. And this is Jupiter in Capricorn, people. If you have never been oppressed then I guess you don’t know how sweet freedom really is.

But we do.

The Depressing Bummer That Is Saturn In Virgo Combined With Jupiter in Capricorn

January 20th, 2008 @ 11:36 am by Elsa

Astrology in real life…

Yeah, the title of this blog is not politically correct but have you noticed? People are getting sick of PC, I know I am. Things are shifting. But anyway I am living the downside of this shift into the Earth signs and I thought I’d tell you about it.

I have mentioned before I avoid talking about my daughter… her illness. I have explained I have a hard enough time living it day to day so don’t want to spend what free time I get going over it, telling the story (Jupiter) which forces me to relive it / stay in it while I talk. Why do that when I could not talk (avoid) and have an escape? Basically I figure suffering 15 hours a day enough, no need to discuss the suffering for another hour or 2, right? This has come up in many forms.

Christmas Wish

December 24th, 2007 @ 2:37 pm by Elsa

Ask the collective

make a wishThe soldier found out yesterday, his son made it home (from Iraq) for Christmas. He has a wife  he loves.

They are young and I burst into tears at the news. How happy she must be to have him home for this time.

Overwhelmed because I was overwhelmed, the soldier got off the phone but he told me his wish for his son.

“I hope he gets to sit in a bathtub… I hope he gets to take baths with her for 30 years. That’s what I want for my son.”

With Jupiter in Capricorn there is a chance to make your vision of the future real. What do you wish for?

Real Faith vs Ridiculousness – Jupiter In Capricorn

December 19th, 2007 @ 6:45 am by Elsa

zodiac‘Yes, they are a terrific family,” I explained to the soldier regarding this family my daughter is acquainted with who I was talking with yesterday. “The little girl is something else. She’s inspired. She is very special, I have never really met a little girl like her in my life.”

“Yeah?”

“Yeah, and they are church-y. The family is church-y but I mean reeeeal church-y because just because you go to church seems to mean very little. Church is full of jerks from what I can see but these people are authentic. They are authentically charitable and compassionate. The whole family – every single one of them is an inordinately compassionate person and I just hate to see them hurt in any way because of it.”

“They’ll be okay,” he said. I know he meant that people with faith (Jupiter) are strong (Capricorn).

“Yeah, I know. I know they have ways of coping. I am just telling you these people are actually compassionate. I am letting you know I am dealing with this sort today and they are rare in the sea out there. I am encountering all kinds of people right now and their agendas are just plain that. They are agendas and you just have to know who you are talking to, to get by. Because if you are looking for something that is not there… compassion that does not exist, well you are going to be in big trouble. So I have seen a lot of that but today I have to deal with people who are very connected and I just have to keep changing hats so I can keep up with this.” (Saturn in Virgo… communication skills)

Do you have faith that supports you?

Jesse the Sagittarian: Jupiter’s Shift From Sagittarius To Capicorn

December 18th, 2007 @ 1:24 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life

davinci horseAs Jupiter shifts from Sagittarius to Capricorn, I notice Jesse the Sagittarian is getting the real (Capricorn) story (Jupiter). I’ve been filling him in on my life over the last ten days or so. About a week ago:

“What’s your husband doing while this is going on?” he asked.

“Husband? I don’t have a husband,” I said, watching his jaw drop and thinking of that Neptune on my midheaven / Venus problem. Apparently I have a hologram husband, wonder what other misperceptions lurk. “No I don’t have a husband. I have problems – no husband. I don’t think you can have a husband when you have problems the way I do.”

He nodded, as I could see he was absorbing reality.

Then today I had already showered and was on my way out when I passed by Jesse on a crosstrainer. I was in a hurry and meant to walk by him with a wave but he wanted to have a quick chat so I stopped.

“You’re early today,” he said.

“No, I could only be here 20 minutes,” I said. “It’s a mess.”

“What’s happening?” he asked.
I launched into a 200 word run-on sentence as he stared at me and listened intently because my story is out of this world. “…But I gotta go, Jesse. I have to keep moving, I’ve got move.”

“Okay,” he said nodding, before I took off waving goodbye as I left without turning back.

Astrology Today – Jupiter Is In Capricorn – Welcome To The Chain Gang

December 18th, 2007 @ 5:27 am by Elsa

My eye on the sky

chain gangYesterday the gal who would know called me to say I had a long road ahead and should expect a difficult year of pain and strife and hardship. She said the situation I am in (and she is in with me to a large extent) was very difficult and when I told her of my one idea that might improve things she said that while she appreciated my sentiment, she did not think it would work.

It may sound as if this gal is depressive or oppressive I think she was right. Nice try, optimistic Elsa, but fact this gal has a better handle on the reality (Capricorn) of my future (Jupiter) over the next year and was doing me a favor (Jupiter) by indicating the path I would be on and lying out the framework within which I will be made to toil.

“Er…. You’re going up that hill and you have this canteen and don’t expect much more than that…”

If you find yourself in similar circumstances and I bet that many of you do, the trick is to just put your head down and do the work without adding on anything gloomy. “It is what it is,” but it is nothing more than that. It is not everything horrible that you can dream up, tacked on and in fact you will be much better off to focus on the benefits over the hardship, like in this case, I have been warned.

Also probably best not to shoot the messenger, otherwise no more warnings for you! Jupiter is in Capricorn. Welcome to the chain gang.

Jupiter In Capricorn… I Am Committed To Broadcast

November 29th, 2007 @ 12:48 pm by Elsa

Astrology in real life…

goat faceDoing the live TV was a strange experience but I feel happy after the fact. I told a pal I like myself when I have balls and I think this is what it takes to do something like this especially under suck a chaotic sky. However, it reflects my commitment. I am going to broadcast, by God. Regardless of fear, sluggish computers, bad hair or whatever else comes up.

Thanks to everyone who participated. I feel satisfied with how it went and optimistic it will go better in the future when I get more accustomed to the artificial rhythm. I am pretty sure I am going to cut loose one of these days and treat you all to my A-Attitude but did not find that possible first day on the job.

“How did it go?” the solider asked.

“Oh, okay. It felt like the first day I ever tended bar. I’m not good at it yet but I think I will become good at it…”

It is interesting I started tending bar a Saturn cycle ago. I think this is the same thing exactly so it feels very normal while simultaneously abnormal. Anyway, these are my thoughts.

If you saw the show, please share your ideas or impressions if you like. Especially if you have any ideas how to deal with the delay because I am very keen to have this thing start to rock after as short a learning curve as possible.
