Yesterday I had a consultation with a Pisces client and while she identifies with her Sun sign, she is a Capricorn rising with ruler Saturn part of a stellium in conjunct her ascendant and anyway you turn it, this woman is a Saturn figure. She is an parent / authority figure, plain and simple.

Other people are very Plutonian. You can’t get anywhere near them without being changed on a cellular level.

Others are strongly aligned with Jupiter. They cheer and expand you. They take you places you have never been… encourage you towards adventure.

Neptune types teach you to dream and escape the mundane, Mercurial people teach you think, something underrated, I’d say.

Moon types nurture and Venus types offer comfort, art, beauty and relationship.

Mars is a brave hero and solar types show us how to shine and be vitally alive.

“You say that Scorpios absorb other people’s energy and being one I can say this is totally correct. I find I’m a magnifying glass. Whatever emotion is floating around I tend to mirror and magnify it. So my question is, with all of this absorbing, when do Scorps get to have their “own” energy?”

Rox – I think it’s Pisces that absorbs energy. Scorpio exchanges energy which is a different phenomena. Scorpios have their own energy which they use to attract other people’s energy into their lives whether they are aware of this or not. I’ll explain the difference since I can access both scenarios. I once dated a Sagittarius man with a Scorpio Moon. He was a very good example of both Sadge and Scorpio. He was well traveled and he read everything, particularly psych and self help, up to and including Dr. Laura which pretty much floored me.

I agree with him.  I think all energy is neutral until it’s directed and some people direct energy better than others.

Last month I was talking that group of administrators at my daughter’s school and I learned something new. I found out that children with normal IQ’s were wholly capable of outperforming their peers with higher IQ’s simply by applying themselves.
