“We’re opposites, P”,  my husband said.

“You think that? I don’t really think that. I think we’re very similar. How are we opposites?”

“Oh, well you’re abstract. And I’m… I don’t know the word for it. I’m scientifically-based I guess you’d say.”

“Oh.”

“Yeah. I’m a scientist and you are a spiritual person.”

I didn’t say anything because I thought he had it backwards. But then again…?

I had a question yesterday I couldn’t use for the blog because rather than “advice” the gal wanted a specific opinion. She explained her situation and then asked:

“Should I pine or move on?”

Although her question didn’t fit the format of the blog, I did email her back my opinion which is this: I don’t believe in pining! If I want more, I go back and get it and if I’ve had enough I move on. I would equate pining with purgatory. But then I got to thinking about it.

As Rights Clash on YouTube, Some Music Vanishes

“…A spokesman for Warner Music said that YouTube’s system for identifying copyrighted material does not distinguish between professionally made music videos and amateur material that may include copyrighted works.

“We and our artists share the user community’s frustration when content is unavailable. YouTube generates revenues from content posted by fans, which typically requires licenses from rights holders. Under the current process, we make YouTube aware of WMG content. Their content ID tool then takes down all unlicensed tracks, regardless of how they are used,” said Will Tanous, a spokesman for Warner Music…”

I wrote about the soldier’s “notions” (“I will turn into a girl…”) and it occurred to me people like us who really involve ourselves in living do tend to have these experiences. For example he plays around in the psychic world with that antenna of his and there is no telling where he goes or where he may be taken. Consequently he may come back in a “mood”. He may be happy or excited or alternately he may be agitated or any other emotion you can think of. This is because he is experiencing life.

On the blog controversy, there is another analogy that comes to mind. I have been a Bob Dylan fan since I was 11 years old and there was a point in the late 70′s he started writing God music. Now I like God music and I liked Dylan’s God music but people went absolutely nuts. They had a way they liked to see Dylan and they did not appreciate his moving outside their paradigm one damned bit.

Dylan has a stellium in (mutable) Gemini and he is going to morph whether people like or not but maybe you can see the Saturn / Uranus energy here. Dylan was experimenting (Uranus) and the people rejected him (Saturn) in an attempt to control him (Saturn) and make him stop (Saturn) progressing (Uranus).

What’s curious is these same people if you asked them, would probably have told you they were progressive. Er… they liked his protest songs, see?

Ha ha ha.

“Yeah, HQ said very early on that he thought I’d be happy with you. We had quite a few  problems at the time so it was enormously supportive to have a vote of confidence. It was  quite a statement at the time, I think you will be happy with him.”

“He said that?”

“Yeah. He figured you liked to talk and tell stories and I can’t remember things so you could remind me and then I’d forget again and you could remind me and we’d both be happy like this,” I said, smiling.

“Are you happy?”

“Hell yes.”

“Me too. Why can’t you remember, P?”
