Last night I heard someone talk about how you can’t just see someone and order yourself to fall in love with them. It doesn’t work that way. Instead, you see someone and you’re hit with a spark.

The thing is, if you do not act on that spark…if you do not go after that love, nothing will happen. The spark will die out.

You have to chase stuff like this. Love. But also an idea you might have, or some other kind of inspiration.

When you’re hit with a spark, do you run with it? Why or why not? What’s the astrology here?

Do you express yourself fully? Can you see how stopping short of this can really hinder your chances of finding a romantic match?

When you have a long loveless dry spell, it’s only logical that after awhile you think this will never happen for you.  I came to this conclusion myself at one point, and I lived in total acceptance of this fact for a number of years.  I saw that others experienced true love in their life and I just thought I would be doing something else.  I thought I had some other calling or purpose, I guess. I turned out to be wrong and there are a lot of stories out there like mine.

I’m back on the poetry which I won’t identify because I’m private like that. I put it down over the last few weeks which I regret because I’ve not been as engaged since.

The poem I am working on now is about two brothers and a girl they both love. The three of them are living in a time of famine. There is to be a sacrifice to appease the Gods.

The one man loves the girl but knows that while she cares for him, it is his brother whom she loves. She is close to him but over the moon for his brother and it’s just the way it is.

The men draw lots and the brother the girl loves is the one to be sacrificed. The other brother knows that the girl can deal with his death but would never be happy again if his brother dies, so he goes over the cliff in his place.

I am wondering about relationships where there a lot of Pluto aspects at work, deep intense crazy connections, that seem to be rearranging your inner organs, can they last?

What I mean is, if Pluto is transforming and obsessive, and related to death and rebirth, is it the kind of thing a relationship can have a lot of and survive? Is there sort of a built in time frame, a transformational process that naturally ends, or does it just keep working on you endlessly?

miatopia watched this old video, People Who Marry You When They Don’t Even Like You and started a thread to discuss the qualities of Venus/Neptune people on the boards. I have Venus in aspect to Neptune. I have written a lot about it over the years. I’ve written about the sensitivity to music and the deception which is perpetrated by the Venus Neptune person as often as they are preyed upon, though they’re usually more comfortable in the victim role then they are with owning their side of things, assuming they can see their side which often they can’t.

I’m posting because one things has never come up on this blog.  It’s the way relationships (Venus) can drain (Neptune) a person who has this in their chart.  People can really wipe you out and you pray to escape them.

With Saturn in Libra, many are trying very hard to solve their relationship problems and what kills me about women (and some men) is they just don’t know how to play to their strengths or their strong points when it comes to attraction.

If you want an example of what I am talking about, consider a woman with a lot of Scorpio which is a magnetic sign. She can pull in anything she wants (yin) but instead she puts on galoshes goes out hunting a man which as far as I am concerned is akin to putting your make-up on the back of your head instead of your face.  This is just not how it’s done!

I argue all day about how it got this way but it’s irrelevant. What is important for the woman who wants to fare well with men is she play to her strengths and if she can learn to do this, she will quickly move through the hoards of women who can’t and be successful.

Do you feel you have command of your power to attract what you want? I emphasize the last because if you can attract 7000 men who leave you when you want a man who stays, that doesn’t count does it?
