As to  what constitutes a “Plutonian” I would say it’s subjective and on a continuum. One astrologer may say that anyone with their Sun in Scorpio is “Plutonian” where I would put the bar much higher.

And turns out, this exact thing came up during a conversation with a friend a few days ago…

“I don’t know about that,” I said. “For example, I attract people with problems. Maybe that’s because I know how to fix them. Maybe it’s not any different than a heart surgeon who attracts people with bad hearts. Who else is going to showing up at his office?” I asked. “And what about you? You cut hair. So you’re going to attract people with bad haircuts all the time. But does this mean your hair is bad? Maybe your hair is fine. Your hair actually is fine. I know that for a fact but you still attract a stream of people who need their hair fixed so I’m just not sure this whole thing holds water.”

It does seem that my mother is coming to the end of of her life. After talking to both my sisters in the last hour, a few things are really clear.

One of them is that we all believe a person owns their life. They are entitled to live it however they choose, for good or ill.  We were absolutely taught that another person’s life is not out business.  We were also taught that you should never interfere or be an impediment to a person making choices in the process of living their life. Basically, if a person wanted to go from point A to point B, your job was to get out of their way because it is none of your business. It follows that none of us like people in our business and if you wonder about that, try to get into mine and watch what happens.  Same thing with my sisters.

My husband and I were talking about how dynamic life is as we move forward through this tumultuous time. He pointed out that we (me, him, my son and his son) are all on a path of growth, even if it’s difficult and this is undeniable.

My husband is in college in a truck, while simultaneously working on other projects that are important to us. I am maintaining my blog and my consulting business, as well as the Astro Dispatch, while I prepare to take over as President of my woman’s club. I’ve taken my book off ice, and learned to garden and can food, just in these last months. Both our sons are expanding and advancing in the ways that interest them. All of us are under pressure but you can see what he is saying here. We’re all on a path of growth.

I was talking to client who is an investigator of some type. He’s the brain who digs in the records and discovers your petty (or not so petty) bullshit you’ve been pulling. I can just imagine the people he busts. They’d go right into denial until someone shows them the tape and they realize it’s game over.

Tiger Woods is a classic example of this. How he could have thought (on any level) that he’s be able to get away with what he was doing is beyond me. I just don’t think you can be as good at something as he was and be an idiot so this is mysterious to me.

Dear Elsa,

I would like to know if Scorpio males can stay with someone if they are not truly in love. I sometimes get the feeling a Scorpio will stay in a bad relationship rather than being alone.

I would say a Scorpio man (or woman) could easily stay with someone they don’t love although I think you’ve got the motive wrong. Scorpio would stay for the resources the person provides be it money or some other form of energy.

Consider the Scorpios who lurk here. Is it because they love me?
