Your sun represents your vital life energy. It seems it would be automatically expressed, but this is not always the case. I want to cover this today.

Your sun has to do with your vocation in life. It shows how your vital life energy is best expressed.

There were a lot of questions in the comments, I have started to address them here: Astrology Q&A – What if there is nothing in my 7th house?

My friend, Ben feels that regardless of your status or your power or your privilege, each of us are exposed to great teachers and given an opportunity to learn from them.

This is true for me. I’ve had more than my share of great teachers in my life. I learned  from them but I wished I’d have learned even more!

Have you had the opportunity to learn from a great teacher?

I am working on a freakishly large puzzle. “I would like to figure this out,” I told a friend.

“You’re not going to figure it out,” she said. “You can never figure it out.”

“What if I am supposed to figure it out? What if that is exactly why I am on this earth? I am here so I can figure this out. I think this might be the case. Why else would I be so curious and have this kind of drive?  Figuring this out might be my exact job to do…”

Do people change? This is a perennial question on this blog. I always say they do not change.  Some people agree with me but most do not.

The other night I was talking to, Ben, he’s been a teacher for 30 years. He said he’ll meet a kid when they’re in 3rd grade, and then meet them again when they’re in 8th grade. Invariably, it’s the same kid. The kid will have not changed one bit.

Heads up to people with planets or angles in the later degrees of Scorpio!  Saturn will turn Rx @ 23 degrees in March of 2014.  This means if you have placements between 24 and 29 degrees, you will not see a direct hit until the end of 2014. November to be specific.  It’s a fast pass too.  Saturn hits Sagittarius on Christmas eve!

Now if you have planets at 28-29 Scorpio, you’re going to catch a station when Saturn turns retrograde. This will be June-Sept 2015.  It will be intense!

If you have planets between 24 and 27 degrees, there will be just the one pass. This transit will be felt even though it’s not on your precise number.  However, I still think this indicates you’ll be best off to get it right the first time.  No re-do, see?  You’ve got a one-shot deal so take it!

I have been studying funerals and the like (Uranus Pluto transiting Mercury) and it’s been a freakin’ rich exploration for me. It seems I only get something this tasty to think about every couple years.  So I cracked this book, feeling I could slobber and on the first page, I scored!
