Astrology Today: Monday, March 3, 2014 – You’re Not the Boss of Me!

Shawn and AlexMonday morning the Moon in Aries hits the cardinal t-square, mocking the stellium in Pisces and all it stands for. It’s classic “yeah, WHATEVER, crazypants!” It is a morning when the mood rebels against all this watery nonsense and asserts its physical reality. That’s a bit of a tall order though when ruler Mars is retrograde in Make Nice or Kill You Trying. Aries mood asserts, retrograde Saturn wisdom laughs. What? Saturn laughs. It sounds like slapping and pelting with bricks.

Mercury is direct, so that’s something. You can go out and buy things and they won’t turn on you. You’re not as likely to butt dial your son’s teacher while you sing Prince in the garage.

By afternoon the Moon sextiles Mercury and the mood mellows into organizing your thoughts going forward. It’s a great time to survey what’s happened over the last few month and take inventory. Don’t expect a finished product at this point. A good, strong start is enough.

Take advantage of the simplicity of the mood. The energy as a whole may not be simple, but the Moon energy is. It affords a long window of clarity untouched by the complexity of other issues which will unfold some other other time. Do what you want.

  1. Funny!

Now I have even more to look forward to not counting the fact that’s it’s Monday, and the temperature is dropping 30 degrees and it’s going to snow! :)

  2. Isn’t it astrologically known that moon in Aries tends to encourage impulsiveness? Let’s all hope that the Ukraine Crisis doesn’t escalate to immediate all out confrontational War!

  3. Lol, I’ve always liked an Aries “simplicity of mood.” Them little kickers don’t do nuance, but at their best they’re wonderful. “This is wrong – stop it now.” Cheers to Aries :)

  4. Quit my job this morning! Super Aries strikes out.Title of this post made me laugh, I should work my notice with it on a t shirt.
