Astrology Today: April 2, 2013 – Simple And Clever

GonzoTuesday morning the Moon in early degrees of Capricorn… well, let’s just say, April Fool’s Day is over: knock that shit off. The Capricorn mood is once again applying into conjunction with Pluto, square with Uranus. This is stressful and on a rather long-suffering type of Moon to begin with. Capricorn Moon comes to expect the same blows again and again. Bring it. The bright spots here are Saturn sextiling in support and Neptune sextiling, bringing the ability to transcend.

This is not a bad mood. It’s a rational, resigned mood that can put on whatever face is necessary and plug on through. While nonsense is likely to be tolerated, it is unlikely to be appreciated. Humor is good, though, with Jupiter squaring Mercury in Pisces and still at the point of the yod from Saturn and Pluto. Just make sure it’s a bit self-deprecating if you’re going dark. Anything full-on insulting will rub the Aries stellium wrong and result in face-punching. Physical humor is good, simple. Simple doesn’t mean stupid. Simple and clever is GREAT.

This is a day for action over words, but if words come into play, make them philosophical, compassionate and clever. If it becomes necessary, make it into a game, a word game. How do I respond in a way that is upbeat, simple and clever, and in everyone’s best interest? Work at it. Capricorn Moon feels better when it works at something, and it knows how to sustain. Create a challenge to work at that benefits everyone and watch the mood rise.

This is a pretty good day to put your nose to the grindstone and work on your own. But let’s face it, we don’t always get to make those choices for ourselves. There are ways to work around that with compassion and humor.

Astrology Today: April 2, 2013 – Simple And Clever — 5 Comments

  1. Sounds like a day to work on taxes, or just on catching up in general.
Loved my email reading BTW! Awesome cant wait to show MrB the take it easy part..
Still pondering question for last 8 minutes. So terribly Libran of me!

The Moon I dislike the most is Virgo. Hope i am not offending anyone!

  2. It’s the Cary Grant/Archie Leach (Cappy) scenario. The handsome hero in a tuxedo trips with a full martini, catches it and himself then says, “Pardon me madam. Are you thirsty?”. Or ‘His Girl Friday’ when Hildy Johnson (Rosalind Russell- a Cancer) states, “I’m gonna walk right up to you and hammer on that monkey skull of yours ’til it rings like a Chinese gong!”
