Monday the Moon in Sagittarius squares the Venus Chiron conjunction in Pisces. Moon square Venus in general has the effect of challenge between what one wants and aesthetically appreciates and what one deeply desires and needs emotionally. With Venus conjunct Chiron in Pisces, there is likely to be an attraction to niggling pains, the slings and arrows of outrageously synchronistic fortune. Things pop up that fascinate, but may not necessarily be “good for” us. Sadge Moon shows a decidedly active need to rise above and broadcast a philosophical mood.

A good way to address this is to take note of the issues that arise (and their sting) and filter them through the higher mind of the emotional test: Does this make sense for my emotional body? Do I need to file this away for later reference, or do I just validate and rise above? Saturn trines Venus Chiron and Pluto sextiles. These issues are likely to have deep roots, possibly in obsession or the past, or both. It is an opportunity to pinpoint where an obsession has solidified and whether or not this is pleasurable or detrimental.

Venus and Chiron also square Jupiter forming a t-square with the morning Moon. Jupiter is the Moon’s sign ruler. There’s the possibility of pain involved here, with Pisces and Chiron. This pain is likely to be ingrained and the first impulse is to “pretty it up.” The Moon and Jupiter here interfere with that impulse. Truth will out, particularly in the feeling body. Take care not to suppress the urges, but rather transcend or inflate yourself to accommodate them.

The Moon moves on to square the Pisces Sun-Mercury conjunction. There may be a need to talk about the issues that arise, to broadcast. If that is the case, great, but do so in a safe manner and with conscious forethought. Writing things down is of great benefit at times like these as you can go back and check your thinking at a later date, possibly even improve upon it with the benefit of a less fiery emotional state.

The next few days feature the continuation of Venus in aspect to Pluto and Saturn with Chiron involved. There will be plenty of time to take in new perspective on these old, deep longings, and likely new input from outside as well. These are the times when people associated with these incidents arise from seemingly nowhere as if called by some siren song from your psyche. Give it time to process.

At the end of the day the Moon approaches a square with Mars in Pisces and the emotional affects the physical. Again, rise above or transcend. Any kind of spiritual-physical practice will help here, whether it’s something like yoga or walking meditation or laughing and joking with someone you love.
