Tuesday morning the Moon in Virgo opposes the retrograde Mercury to Mars conjunction, both squaring Black Moon Lilith (dark, powerful feminine nature) and Ceres (nurture). The feminine and the masculine must find balance when challenged by both ends of the spectrum of archetypal feminine energy. I hate to be so stark, but it screams Madonna/Whore energy to me.

Mars is in a yin sign conjunct the Yang Moon ruler. This shakes up the polarities so don’t assume the bitch/earth mother has to be a chick. Really it all boils down to “whaddaya gonna do” anyway so why not go straight there? Service. You’ve just got to be in service and where you can’t do that, you transcend or magic it away. Everyone supposedly has their own happy place. If all else fails “go there.” Honestly? On a short term basis, denial works pretty damned well too. There’s a place for that, provided you don’t set up shop and live there.

This is not to say things will be so lousy you have to do that. Many will have this hit their chart just fine and bring them ease. But in case it doesn’t… just sayin’.

Later in the day the Moon trines Juno in Capricorn bringing ease and some stability that the earthy Moon will appreciate. It’s strong feminine energy that comes along to shore up the heart. If you need it and you find it, dig in.

Venus conjuncts Neptune in Pisces now and Love Conquers All! If you don’t believe that, try to avoid kicking the pedestal out from under anyone. For all you know it could be what’s keeping them from swinging by a noose. Sometimes putting some magic on the pretty works pretty magically.
