“Too much sanity may be madness and the maddest of all, to see life as it is and not as it should be.”
–Miguel de Cervantes
Monday morning the Moon in late Leo opposes Mars in Aquarius. A mood for drama is at odds with acting for the greater good. It’s much easier to decide to balance any budding drama by rising above and moving forward. The full moon is past. Any drama that erupts can be quelled by distancing oneself from the emotional component and acting to find a solution. Then you can feel proud (also Leo).
The Moon quincunxes Venus in Capricorn. Getting serious about what you really want is another hallmark of the morning. Do you want drama, or something real. Do you want creativity or something spare. These can be integrated. Things that on the outset seem at odds can be creatively integrated in this atmosphere. You can have one and then the other, but not both at the same time, but the tandem effect becomes the blending, the integration. A positive swing on Leo Moon is a magnanimous mood. Moon, Venus and Mars work in concert when a serious aesthetic influences a creative mood and employs the ability to innovate.
By afternoon the Moon moves into Virgo and an opposition with Pisces Neptune. There is a yen for crisp organization, or at least a rationality that is hard to attain and hold as the fog rolls in. Emotional objectivity is only possible if you’re objective about what that means. That is to say: if you think you’ve got it, you probably haven’t got it. It is a great time to feel your way through issues that require deeper understanding. It’s a great time to open yourself up to emotional insight. Emotional intelligence is heightened and sparked by the divine.
