Monday morning the Leo Moon starts out in square to Saturn like a ruler to the wrists of the overly exuberant. Does Leo take that quietly? Leo never goes quietly! This is the mood, and the high road is to resist the urge to drama and to curry magnanimous indulgence. This is made easier by the Moon’s trines to Uranus and the Sun, both in fire. Leo doesn’t “suck it up” but it does mesh well with the ability to rise above, to innovate and shine on through.

All day the Moon sextiles Jupiter for added buoyancy. Both quincunx Pluto (a yod) and by evening, Mars as well. There’s an opportunity to use this enhanced, fiery mood to good deep and work hard, get something done. The Moon’s square to Saturn provides some ballast to the mood, some stability, provided you take that tack and don’t succumb to doubt or drama.

By evening the Moon’s aspects to Jupiter and Mars are exact and as the evening progresses it makes its exact trine with the Sun. This culmination of the day’s energies can be jubilant, particularly if you’ve done anything at all during the day to feel good about. It’s definitely a “your mileage may vary” event. I’m sure “Yay, I climbed Mount Everest!” will eclipse the satisfaction of “Yay, I brushed my teeth!” so plan accordingly.
