Wednesday morning the Gemini Moon applies into its full moon opposition with the Sagittarius Sun along the nodal axis (an eclipse). Venus and Saturn conjunct and sextile the conjunction of Mars and Pluto, forming a yod with the Moon. The Sun’s opposition bisects the sextile directing even more energy at the Moon and the point in your chart at which it falls. The house in which it presents is particularly important as the Moon provides a point of impact for that energy in matters pertaining to that area.
That’s a direct funnel for serious (Saturn) and powerful (Pluto) opportunity (sextile) for applying purpose (Sun) toward getting what you want (Mars and Venus). Saturn and Pluto aspecting Venus and Mars is intense, but supportive. On the downside this can create a propensity for restrictive or controlling use of cruelty or violence. With the Moon involved it may just be the fear of such, not the reality.
However, for those who wish to act in a kind and deeply responsible way, there is the opportunity to seize on the revelations of the day and apply them toward a positive, long-term outcome. There’s the possibility of aligning one’s goals so that you can not only get what you want, but get what you need, what satisfies. With the Moon in Gemini this can come in the form of actual communication of information or it can be the heightened ability to perceive the unvarnished truth.
These same energies can also bring courage, courage enough to stand to see the truth, because that can be a hard thing to do. Walk the road in between paranoia and pessimism and look for the higher truth. The higher truth is not relative. It is not personal.
Chiron in Pisces forms a t-square with the Sun Moon opposition. Illumination of this kind can be very triggering and bring up the wounds that plaque you. However, if you’re able to see these urges for what they are, rise to the challenge, you can play them out in a new way, one that elevates rather than keeping you stuck in the same old loop.
This is an intense eclipse but one with much positive promise. Stay loose and don’t rush to judgement. By afternoon the Moon conjuncts Jupiter for a philosophical and jovial boost to the mood. Continue to stay open to the unfolding of these powerful energies. There will be time later on for drawing the conclusions. Trying to do so in the moment mars the perceptions themselves.

I do want to use this eclipse to upgrade my communication skills and my intellectual capabilities…

I have a lot going on with this! My Sun is at 9 Sag and my Moon and Saturn at 11 Sag, so the eclipse will be opposing all three. Venus and Saturn are conjunct my natal Venus and Pluto, and Chiron is conjunct my natal Mars. Pluto and Mars are conjunct my natal Neptune. That’s a lot of activated planets for this eclipse
There’s some trines and squares going on too. Exciting day.
