Monday morning the Moon in Libra starts out in sextile to Venus and trine to Jupiter. My, that’s nice! It goes a long way toward smoothing over the tension of Mars squaring Venus, turned up full blast with a quincunx from Jupiter. The mood is genteel and full of vigor. With Libra Mercury quincunxing Neptune, some people have honey dripping from their mouths, words that sound so nice! Some are for real, some are lying, and some are just full of shit. But whatever the case, that’s not so bad for a Monday. Better than a kick in the shins, for sure!

Juno has slipped over the border into Sagittarius to oppose Black Moon Lilith in Gemini. Over the last month we’ve had them opposing from Scorpio to Taurus. This is new and the energy is far less threatening. Women at odds with each other just don’t have that urge to bite throats like they did last month. And when I say “women”, that’s just iconic. It can be men and men, men and women, any combination of standoff which pits power against power, and where people slap and pull hair instead of punching the other person in the throat.

With the opposition hitting the Mercury-Neptune quincunx, this favors making nice. Mercury is in positive aspect with both ends of the opposition. Neptune squares it. Things will go much better with polite, balanced conversation, diplomacy. Lying or obfuscating (being willfully ambiguous) activates a challenge.

By the end of the day, though the Moon pulls out of sextile with Venus, the genteel power it wields still holds. It keeps its trine to Jupiter as it hits the Sun-Mars midpoint, ever the diplomat.
