Venus in Leo Square Mars In Scorpio: September 25-28, 2012 – “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”
My eye on the sky.
The square aspect between Venus in Leo and Mars in Scorpio is exact on September 27th, but the aspect between the planets is taut for a several days. People with planets in the Fixed signs between 20-25 degrees will be most affected. The rest of us will probably witness an angry drama in some area of our life.
Mars is high functioning in Scorpio. Venus in Leo is flashy so I expect to see some kind of spectacle out of this.
As for a storyline, Mars square Venus in Leo symbolizes an attack on the Queen…who responds but by lopping off some heads. “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”.
There is also positive potential with this. Artistic (Venus), creative (Leo) types are infused with powerful energy which can most defintily be put to good use.

Venus will be conjunct my 6th house Uranus to the EXACT degree w/Mars squaring from the 8th…..hmmmmm

This is my Venus return so I will do my dance LOL. Mars will be on my IC.
Well you all might as well get a front row seat, cause my MC is at 24 degrees Leo in the 10th! However this energy manifests, it’s gonna be center stage… I promise to try and put it to good use! 
Love it! I’ve got these aspects natally and my mom has always tended to go back and forth between victim and angry Queen. She needs to be more important than children or spouses and prove it to her or heads will roll. Fortunately with Mercury transiting my Ascendant I’m seeing it clearly and Moon/Chiron in Sag sees it from other perspectives.

As it happens, Venus will sextile my MC and Mars will sextile my AS while they square each other, so if this lands a blow, it will be a glancing one. 
I have higher hopes for it than that.
Maybe I’ll be the one landing the blow….
My natal moon in Scorpio…. plus Mars visiting…opposing Venus: oh boy! I’m thinking Elizabeth I, Spanish Armada type thing. Hope the ex doesn´t give me reasons, but been itching to retaliate. Must keep wits about!

I feel what the woman in the picture is doing. I really would NOT like to be the man on the opposite end. I have ONE man, and the ONLY man I’ve ever felt anger like this towards. If I see him….oooh he better be prepared to have a drink tossed in his disgusting face, or get a barrage of words he’s probably prepared to hear.

Lili – Mars is in my first house, Leo, the 10th. I am usually meek, like to a fault. Not sure if it’s related, but I sure don’t feel like being that way any more — and don’t exactly know what to do with that, lol.

Thanks, Lili — it’s the other way around, though — I have a Scorp Mars, first house, with the Venus in Leo in the 10th. I don’t know if a Mars Scorpio is so much the volley right back at ya, type, lol. It just seems funny.. I don’t know enough about astrology to know if this configuration of Venus in Leo square Mars in Scorpio comes up a lot, but I feel like my life atm is like, the embodiment of it, lol.

Oh shit, just stepped in this massively and already regretting it. Totally reemed out my bf over perceived insult. How does one backpedal from this?
Hmmm, yeah… my 18-year old stepdaughter lives with me and her dad, and she and her boyfriend have a 2-month old baby. My stepdaughter was raised by her Type 1 bipolar mother and hubby and I deal with the repercussions of this on a continual basis.
So, Baby Mama was taking an overnight break from baby duty Monday night thru Tuesday morning away from the house… while she was gone, the boyfriend (who honestly is a great guy) took the baby out onto the deck Tue. evening for a while to chat and have a cigar with my husband, who was already having a cigar out on the deck. Baby Mama found out about this the next day after she got home and went batcrap crazy *on my husband* for allowing this to occur. Weird thing is, *** it was like she was channelling her mother***, who in a sense *is* “the scorned woman,” (since my husband divorced her) and the woman continually vents about it to her daughter. Happy to say that Baby Mama recanted and apologized to my husband a few hours later, but it does illustrate for me how vulnerable we are to these difficult energies. We are bending over backwards, financially speaking, to provide a home for this girl and her baby’s father, and then to be treated like that?! My hubby was PISSED.
