“Listen with your heart, listen with your heart, and sing everything you see. You can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow, sing along with me!”
–Arthur Hamilton, “I Can Sing a Rainbow”
Thursday morning the Moon in Aquarius opposes Mercury in Leo. This creates a kite formation when you include Ceres in Gemini and Saturn in Libra. It’s a humanitarian atmosphere that allows for new perspective on old ideas regarding yin-yang relationships of all stripes, romantic, parental, the general dynamic. With the Aquarian Moon involved we’re not even limited to male-female here, just archetypal pairs.
In grand Leo fashion, opinions are everywhere. The balance of that Moon with Mercury, and the yin and yang ease of the trines with Ceres (nurturing) and the paternal nature of Saturn (judging), there’s a great opportunity improve the perceptions of your heart. Let that energy flow without getting hung up on one thing or the other and you can really gain some perspective-changing insight. Talk and listen. Both are necessary.
By late afternoon the Moon moves into Pisces and a conjunction to Neptune. It also trines Mars in Scorpio and moves closer to opposition with the Virgo Sun. The Moon in Pisces is ethereal but can also be exquisitely painful in its sensitivity. Mars in good aspect here shows how to make the most out of this position: just keep swimming. Activity keeps the mood moving away from stagnant waters that can bog things down. If you must take a dive, dive deeper and use that momentum to come up for air.
