The New Moon in Leo can’t help but be shiny. If you have a creative project and you’re looking for a start date, I’d go with August 17th, 2012, for sure.
The New Moon takes place at 25 degrees Leo, so there’s your new baby right there. Mars is conjunct Saturn in Libra, the sign of its exaltation. These two bodies sextile the Sun and Moon, which indicates the ability to sustain (Saturn) an effort (Mars).
I also like that the New Moon opposes Neptune. Normally an opposition to planets in Leo is received by planets in a Aquarius. This gives us a battle between the Ice Queen and the Drama Queen, who have a lot in common, but rarely realize it.
This time we’re talking about Neptune, high functioning in its own sign, Pisces, opposing Leo. This should provide creative (Leo) inspiration (Neptune).
To set an intention, check the house where the New Moon falls in your chart. For me it’s the 7th. I intend to to commit (Saturn) to make an effort (Mars) at a new start (New Moon) in a creative (Leo) venture with a partner (7th). I will sacrifice (Neptune) my ego (Sun) for this purpose.

Same here. I need to quit smoking. I have tried every thing. Everything but actually doing it. The New Moon falls in my 9th so I am educating myself so I can be prepared. It I want to be good to my heart.
This is so perfect, I’ve been wondering about a good date to get ‘back to work’ on my business (close out summer break and start back up). This looks like a perfect time, as the New Moon will also be sextile my venus (and very loosely sextile my sun) trine my moon/jupiter and in my 2nd house. Venus is also on my sun right now and neptune is trining my sun/sextile my moon/jupiter.
We will also, hopefully, be listing our house that day (thanks in part to some very helpful insights from people here on the boards 
).
So my intention shall be close, committing energy to restarting my creative business (for profit),

The Leo New Moon at 25 degrees will exactly hit my Ascendant. I’m guessing I would read that as the first house. It’s funny because the last few weeks I have been working out like crazy because I leave for a big beach trip August 18th. I’m still recovering from 2 knee surgeries over the last year that have made me gain more weight than usual. I injured the knee for my wedding last year. This trip is kind of a do over for my honeymoon / renewal ceremony for our friends. Hopefully this is a good sign this trip might go better!
Saturn will be squaring my Mars for the third time because of the retro. I would like to get back into training but the previous two passes put a stop to that (ill health).
Do third passes give the same result?
11th House sextile my natal Mercury in 9th… VIP person gave me an offer for a job and it was at 1th August fool moon, but I didn’t accept because of some vaguely things (Mercury Rx) so we take some time to think about…
I think this new Moon will be right moment, maybe…

in 10th conj natal of 3 degrees, uranus plus exact conj natal mars which is also a base of a yod with sun at other base and saturn at apex, square vertex, meanwhile mars conj saturn conjunct my asc. Having an incling my years of being extremely well known yet incognito maybe about to end….cancer sun scrambling sideways to hide, while leo nth node conj regulus also within orb of the moon and libra asc is thinking yeah baby… Its either notoriety or fame/success.., public either way, so I get the feeling im gonna need to get used to naked like it or not….ooer!

That new moon is directly on my good old 25 Leo Moon in 11th house. On that day I go to Mallorca to work with a dear friend and extraordinary healer, writing the texts for his new website. His Moon is also on 25 Leo. Very auspicious!
I am an 8th house Virgo and this new moon will sit right next to my natal retro Mercury in Leo which is 27 degrees, in the 8th house also! the new moon will also be close to my 9 degree Virgo sun and 11 degree virgo venus. I am staying optomistict!

This is close to my natal mars and north-node at 27 leo, in the seventh house. Relationship boost, here we come.
Mr Aries has practically the same mars/nn as me in the 9th (and tenth), but interestingly, this is all kicking off opposite his natal moon at aqua 22. Hopefully this won’t be a negative block!

The new moon falls in my first house (Leo rising), trines my natal Neptune (4th house), Moon and Jupiter (9th house).
I am committed to nurture my soul, heal the past (Moon) and rebuild my self-esteem (Sun), as well as to focus on finishing my graduate degree (Jupiter) and move on to the next level of my career path. At the moment, I will suspend (Neptune) my dream of finding someone special to build a family. Instead I set my goal on learning to find and attract a relationship where it’s equal at many levels (Saturn in Libra) (my natal Saturn is in the same house with my natal Venus).

I’m not sure what house this new moon will be in – if someone can fill me in on how to find this in my chart you’ll get hugs across the ether. My moon is 25 Taurus. I read recently that 25 of any fixed sign is significant, both in transit and natally.

Opposes my ASC and Saturn Venus Aquarius 12th.
Inconjunct my Mercury Jupiter Pisces 2nd.
This may force me out to meet someone I may end up dating. Neptune on my Moon Pisces 1st is indeed making me invisible to the outside world – and I am torn between wanting to start a new relationship and a new life, and liking the serenity I have without outsiders causing me problems.
The inconjunct keeps reminding me I need to find a job and make my own security, but all resumes are ignored or returned as denials.
Perhaps I will meet the person who will give me a job, thereby starting a new long-term relationship in that respect. I’ll have to wait and see what happens in the next two weeks.
I am getting my hair cut short tomorrow. Appropriate timing with the Moon in Leo opposing my Saturn conj my ASC.
I’ve neglected my health for much too long, as the horrible dramas played on me these last three months have left me depressed and motionless. I had just purchased a perfect little bicycle at its start… back on the bike for me, says 6th house!

Bummer. He was a nervous wreck and obviously just wanted to make a point that in fact – yes – we had broken up. What a waste of time, but at least I looked good. ; ) I actually feel relieved. Thanks Elsa! Looks like the new moon was a new start for ME.

It falls in my 2nd house. However I’m not sure yet on the interpretation but I plan to stop smoking next week.. so maybe a new cycle can begin where I can heal the damages I did to my body by smoking.
