Advice Of The Day: Aries Trying To Deal With Saturn In Libra

December 27th, 2011 @ 5:25 am by Elsa

Astrology-based advice.

People with Aries in their chart are challenged to form supportive partnerships and play well with others. To a client…

“…I work with a lot of people and your mail stands out for it’s elegance and it’s honesty. I think if you go in this direction and work to hone this angle, you’ll be richly rewarded, not just professionally but personally. The thing is, you’ve got to satisfy your need for fight and challenge, outside of your partnership if possible. Basically, find someone who will be on your side and you on theirs and then commit not to fire on each other…”

How are you other Aries dealing with Saturn Libra?

Not that great so far. It Trines my Saturn Venus Aquarius 12th and squares my NN Cancer 6th – that’s it. I want what Saturn in Libra wants, but so far, nothing.

It is Trining the Trans Neptune Aquarius, which falls in my 1st House. I’m looking for the Universe to show me the way to go, because so far, I’ve had nothing but a false start.

I’m waiting for the lightbulb to go off in my head.

Hi Elsa, longtime reader, first time responding.

I have Venus/Mars in Aries and I’d say this is exactly whats going on.

As far as dating goes, lots of disappointment, I deal with men who put their burdens on me or men who put it on me to do all the work. I guess thats a test to reject this kind of behavior.

however professionally I’m in a part time job that I want to be full time. My boss wants more people hired in her department and is fighting her boss to get more $$$ for this including for my position to be full time. Crossing fingers for full-time employment in 2012.

To work with others, that was meant to say.

Typical Aries stellium — on to the next thing before finishing the last.

Great advice, Elsa.

My whole life has been upended under this transit. Betrayed and abandoned by my spouse; divorced; lost my home; moved to a new location to reboot my life and have to reconstruct my entire social network from the ground up. Finding a supportive partnership is the tip of the iceberg. So far, not much luck there. Saturn’s not done with me yet, since my sun is at 29 degrees. So more of the same through next fall. Ugh.
Meantime, Saturn just left my 11 h for 12 h. I’ve definitely learned the lesson about valuing friendships. It’s the main thing that has gotten me through the past year. I’ve been feeling wobbly and lost of late. Not sure what the 12 h transit agenda will be yet.

I am trying. It has been painful as I am surrounded by a few passive aggressive types. Bully boss too!
I’m keeping a lid on it but it’s killing me.
Sun in the Sixth Aries Libra ascendant with Saturn sitting on top of it! Argh! Off work until the 3rd to escape it in the mean time.

I’m tired of being depressed, and tired of dealing with weak men. this one who sort of hit on me, a couple of weeks ago (in a relationship), his girlfriend broke up with him, and he’s blaming *me*. It’s bad enough that I get morose, but I’ve attracted at least three men in the past ten years – to of whom I’m not at all attracted to – and they’re all weak. the strongest was the one taurus, but he was all self-pitying when I met him (half the time) and he dragged me down.

I’m pissed, and over most men. This is the wrong sort of ‘sensitive’ (not that I ever asked for a sensitive man). he isn’t acting like a man, and the ones in the past were attracted to my strength; I think this one just liked me and thought I needed to be saved. (No! I need to save myself! but thank you so much for blaming me for your (his) emotional reactions to me.)

It’s making me wish that I’d never met any of them, that I’d always been just fine being on my own, as I was when I was younger, and that I needed to cut off the psychic energy from them all. If I could cut off the nads of one, and get my wasted time back (thanks to his taking advantage of my better nature), then I would. My Aries is BACK, and it took me dealing with several weak men to do it. Now I just need to get the rest of me sorted out.

I just went through Saturn opposing my Aries sun-venus-mars stellium. Life has been extremely challenging but my relationship with my spouse has been better than ever. I was born with Saturn in Libra so perhaps that’s what makes the difference.

Well. Badly. So far, lost my job (publisher simply killed the project ans dismissed 20 people), got broken, and got two relatives seriously ill. Both bound to die. Stupid Saturn left my 12th (the pain) and moved into my 1st. Oh, joy…
I’m sun/aries at the 7th asc. Libra. Stupid Saturn in the 6th.
I don’t get it why astrologers value Saturn and his so called lessons. It is only about misery and sorrow. I despise it’s stale and deathlike energy. No, can’t see any wisdom or beauty in his path. What’ s the purpose of destroying somebody’s life??? Just to teach a lesson? Argh, to heck with Saturn.
