Things You Just Can’t Google

Astrology in real life.

Some months ago, satori asked on the board – What movie is like your life? I couldn’t think of anything so I asked my husband what he thought and he said, Helen Keller, which surprised me.

When I’m surprised like that, I’m inclined to retreat and try to figure the thing out, rather than ask a bunch of probing questions. I figure I ought to comprehend something like this and if I can’t I should figure it out on my own, or perhaps I just don’t want another surprise.

So months have passed and a few days ago I recovered a memory from 30 years ago that I have been trying to get at for close to 10 years. Imagine that. I knew the information was there. It was given to me 30 years ago, like a code or the combination to something important but I just could not recall it and there was nothing I could do.

Last night someone was talking about Helen Keller, just randomly. They were specifically talking about the day she became aware of language and recovering this piece of info I’d set aside or forgotten feels similar. It’s opened things up for me in such a broad way that words fail at this time.

It’s quite frustrating to walk around with a blinder on, when you know it’s there. It’s one thing to be oblivious. It’s very different to know there is something of value *right there* but you’re kept from it for some reason.

My husband likes to calculate things. He’s been doing it all his life, working to develop his own mathematical theory. Occasionally he has a breakthrough and I guess this must be similar. It’s quite satisfying but it doesn’t end the quest. What it does is start you on a new quest, at the very least.

This is a Jupiter phenomenon by the way. My vision is expanded.

Is there something like this in your life? A bit of info that you know is there, but you just can’t google the thing? What?

I’ve been feeling this type of energy lately in my work. Jupiter is transitting my 6th house…

I’ve been expanding my knowledge and learning how to use brand new elements in the design I’m doing. Lots of ‘aha’ moments when I’m able to finally ‘get it’! These are elements I’ll be able to use in future projects, so it’s really juicy for me and I’m loving it! ;-)

This is exactly how I feel about my career (or lack of) lately. I have Jupiter Pisces conj Mercury and hidden-conj my Aries Sun in the 2nd. I am supposed to own my own business. I am supposed to be my own boss. I figure it has to be something with psychic communication (Mercury Pisces) because that’s how the energy has already manifested. However, it’s like I’m waiting for certain circumstances to appear to show me exactly how I’m supposed to manifest this.

Uranus is transiting these planets now, so I’m thinking it must be having my own internet site. But what about – and how? Of course, with Uranus, you just never freaking know! I expect it’ll hit me like a lightening bolt one day and I’ll go, “Oh yeah! That’s what I’ll do!”

In the meantime, I’m like, “Duhhhh…waiting.”

Yes! I have a Virgo moon, and I do research quite a bit. I don’t know how to describe it but I absolutely must be solving puzzles all the time. Sometimes it has to do with composing music, sometimes, it’s an internal thing. Or an astrology thing, or just understanding my inner workings… But YES. I completely relate.

Jupiter retro in Cap. I gotta work for it. But you know, I like to work.

Your description is timely for me. this is, for me, the way I think about the things that seem like the most important things to think about.
The external inputs: data, opinions, etc. are relevant and interesting, of course…
But the real processing and work needs to happen deep in the archives and catacombs. Oftentimes it just takes some measure of patient time for the keys to fit the lock.

I have been thinking a lot about this, and in fact was thinking your experience was far too unique for me to relate to at all.

But–I think the only thing that may come close was getting my 1st eye exam when I was 8–I had no idea up until that moment in time, that the world around me was not as it should be. I didn’t know that the world was meant to be seen as clearly as it could be, once I could see.

I looked up my transits for that time–t.saturn was in my 12th opposing t.Chiron in 6th.
