Venus and Pluto form an exact conjunction in Capricorn today (see Transit Watch). Herman Cain’s situation is a great example of how this energy manifests. Accusations of sexual misconduct destroy his reputation.

People will be highly sensitized today with the Moon leaving Aquarius for Pisces, conjunct Neptune and Chiron. We may all feel unhealable in some way but via this pain, charisma is born.

My husband and I have our Mercuries (minds) in opposition.  I used to write about this all the time (100 posts Aries vs Libra) because it’s such an interesting dynamic.  The opposition is tight, for one thing but also, there is a real match or affinity in that his Mercury is in Aries (Mars) and my Mercury is in opposing sign Libra, conjunct Mars.  This gives us dueling mind like dueling banjos and to just to complete the picture, his north node is conjunct my Mars Mercury so he’s to be at least trying to understand me as I learn from him.

“I don’t think you are this guy’s imprint. You’re functioning as his therapist and that’s fine. You’re drawn to his intensity and I understand that but I think when/if he ever wants to actually partner with someone, he is going to go for someone else.  You want a partnership. You’re a Libra!  You see that you’re both ambitious, successful and attractive and think, great!  We’re peers.  But I don’t know that he wants a peer.  I think he wants an imbalance of power. I think that is what he likes so when he is ready to partner, he’s going to go for that. I would be happy to be wrong about this but check it out okay?  I don’t want you to listen to this guy’s angst for all these months and then someone shows up on the periphery who is his imprint and POOF!”

Mercury is in detriment in Sagittarius, retrograding towards collision with advancing Mars in Virgo. This is terribly complicated but suffice to say, minds with clash under this aspect.

Some will go to war over information which may be misinformation so I highly advice checking things twice before you launch that missile!

We do have a grand trine in earth and Sun Saturn trine so it’s possible to work thing out. Problem is, many have no desire to work things out and I say, keep your head down out there, and a cool head if possible.

I realize some are  horrified by my boasting or overt nature in general.  The thing is, I have this Mars Mercury conjunction in my chart along various other things and I was just not born not to bleat!  Some people are designed to make more noise than others. We just make a lot of racket while other people make none at all.

A few days ago, I started this thread on the boards: Under The Scorpio Moon – Deepest Secrets.  I said I was sitting on a secret like a chicken sitting on an egg and I was uncomfortable because I am not very chicken-like.  Sue Ellen said she didn’t want to know anyone’s secrets and I thought it was interesting.

I agreed with her.  You can be quite burdened with a person’s secret but other secrets open doors. Some secrets illuminate things and expand a person.

I think I could go ten years on one good secret.  It’s the first door you’re stuck on see? Once someone unlocks it for you, there is often a trove of doors.  Chances are some of the doors will lead to treasure you’d never have been able to access had someone not shared their secret.

I guess I wanted to stand up for secrets. I’d be out of business on all levels without ‘em, I’ll say that.

The Moon in Aquarius aspects Jupiter while it trines the Sun in Sagittarius so this is no time to cling. I have news for you insecure, clingy types. You’ll be a lot less troubled in your relationships if you can learn to let people move freely in the world.

This is because people like me (and there are legions of us) will only come around if we know the door will be left open. If you held us down or tried to tie us to a short leash the last time we saw or spoke or spent time with you, we’re likely to avoid you like the plague in the future. This has the effect of exacerbating your problem and feelings of insecurity so if you can acquire this skill you’ll suffer less.
