I Have A House Full Of Luchadores Today

All three kids are home today. I hear my my mother’s voice coming out of my mouth: “Put your sister DOWN! No, not like that,” as he’s lifting her in a cradle hold. The Moon is conjunct Mars in Gemini quincunxing Pluto, and the siblings (Gemini) are feeling cheerfully violent. Jupiter is in the mix, inflating these urges. I keep stepping in like a referee (it hits my Mars Saturn) to keep them from injuring each other.
Any Mars contact with Pluto carries the possibility of violence. With Mars in Gemini it has a quickness to it, Mars Mercury, and it could happen in an instant. With Pluto in Capricorn, Saturn ruled, you’ve got a Saturn figure, for them it’s me, stepping in. With the quincunx aspect, an awkward combination of energies that don’t mix easily, and the Moon (I feeeeeel), I want to leave them to have fun but feel compelled to step in before somebody puts an eye out. This energy has that “it’s all fun till somebody gets hurt” feel. And I get to be the bad cop. Good times.

Oh crud this explains exactly what I’m feeling letting my lives daughter nit be home to supervise my Gemini son will be supervising his Scorpio brother when I go to school shortly for another night of finals I’m a wreck

You’re hilarious! I’m gonna start using your “Luchadores” line around here. My son is 6’2″ & 275 my daughter is 5’6″ & 125 & you hear “put your sister down NOW-gently” yet he always has to run for his life when he does because she’s the mean one! I said before “telling your brother I’m sorry doesn’t stop the bleeding” Ah yes, Good Times!

::chuckles back:: I can now leave the 2 girls alone, and it wasn’t an age thing. people would say well the older one’s old enough to watch the younger one… and I’d cut them off saying, yes, but it wasn’t so long ago the younger one socked the older one in the face for finishing off the last of the sugar cereal. shocking, yes, but it’s much easier to be amused for the fact of it happening on my ex’s watch.
geez no wonder my kids (at summer camp) have been all over the place and i feel like i somehow grew a pair of mothering skills to keep them in order! =)
i work with a tough crowd (Autistic kids) but its only the second day and i look forward to getting to know our new ones who inadvertently are riling up our veterans. seems as if the universe is backing me up with the energy i need for the challenge too! Mars conj natal Sun&Mars, Pluto conj natal Moon, and Saturn soon to return!!

Instead, I just had visiting… a huge and very clumsy great dane (eating cat poop out of the litter box), a sweet golden lab (playing ‘rug’ in the middle of my kitchen), a cranky old mutt (which one of my cats flirts with for some reason) visiting, who gobbling up my two cats’ food and generally took over the place for the last 3 hours. 4-Legged CHAOS!
Haha no, but I got cheerfully bounced off the ropes this evening. So in my own way, yes.
I can’t smell it, but it sure does *look* tasty, non?

oh yummy..I needed the Rock today. Actually, I could have used him last night too.
To answer, no, I haven’t bounced anyone off the ropes. But, I did nail my feet to the ground to keep from interfering that dealt with my adult (age wise anyway) child. Normally I would have swooped in and tried to squash the situation especially because he and the other party are already both having an EXCRUTIATING life right now. But, I didn’t. No, not this time. These are adults who need to learn to deal with it on their own and my role was “stay out of it..and maybe not even watch” Even though I stand firm in my decision to let this play out for these people, I feel horrible. And they are all mad at me. It sucks, basically.
ugh..so YEAH! Bring on the Rock. Tell him to grab John Cena and a few other oiled up wrestlers and send em my way. I’ll put to work. One way or another
